IN RESPONSE TO THE RESPONSE FROM THE OWNER: I WOULD'VE APPRECIATED THE "CONCERN" AT THE TIME IT WAS NECESSARY & REQUIRED. AFTER A WEEK OF GETTING MY DOG FURTHER FROM DEATH (WITH HER VET), IT WAS BROUGHT TO MY ATTENTION THAT THE TREATMENT PROVIDED AT YOUR CLINIC IS "INEFFECTIVE WITH DOGS OF HER SIZE"... SAVE YOUR PUBLIC RELATION EFFORTS. IF YOU PAID AS MUCH ATTENTION TO YOUR PATIENTS AND STAFF, AS YOU DO TO YOUR GOOGLE REVIEWS, AND MONOPOLIZING ON DESPERATE PET OWNERS, THIS WOULD'VE NEVER BEEN AN ISSUE. I SPENT $1600 ON 4 DAYS OF INTENSIVE TREATMENT AT MY VET... FOR THE SAME TREATMENT, MINUS A DAY, I WAS QUOTED $8000 AT YOURS. TAKING ADVANTAGE OF YOUR CLIENTS BECAUSE OF YOUR OPERATING HOURS IS ONE THING, BUT, PROVIDING INADEQUATE CARE IS ANOTHER. BOTH COMBINED, ACCURATELY SHINE A LIGHT ON YOUR COMPANIES VALUES. BASED ON THE OPINIONS OF THE COMMUNITY SURROUNDING YOU (YOUR PREVIOUS CLIENTS I'VE SPOKEN WITH), I'M NOT SPECIAL, THIS IS NOTHING NEW. AND QUITE TYPICAL. UNLESS YOU ARE ATTEMPTING TO CHANGE YOUR METHODS, I FIND YOUR RESPONSE INSULTING, AT BEST, AND IN NO WAY DO I BELIEVE THERE IS ANY INCENTIVE BUT TO COVER YOUR NAME. I DID NOT WITNESS SUCH A PROMPT CONCERN WHEN MY SICK DOG AND I WERE WAITING AN HOUR TO BE USED AS A "SALE" FOR YOUR ESTABLISHMENT. YOU'RE A MOCKERY TO THE PRACTICE & GIVE IT A BAD NAME. I CAN ONLY HOPE OTHER PEOPLE ARE ABLE TO SEE THE DIFFERENCE BETWEEN A PRACTICE THAT IS TRULY CONCERNED AND EDUCATED, AND ONE THAT IS MERELY ATTEMPTING TO ACCOMPLISH A "TASK" IN ORDER TO RAISE NUMBERS ON AN INVOICE.
I've been waiting in this waiting room for an hour with my hypoglycemic diabetic dog and still have yet to see a doctor.... To be continued...
(Continued after visit)...well, can't say that my rating is any higher. I believe the one star is excessive for this establishment. I attempted to give the staff the benefit of the doubt, unfortunately, the practice only executed unprofessional greedy, inattentive, and questionable actions. On top of the initial techs inability to recognize that my dog was blind, and shutting the door on her head, the lack of patience, follow thru, and strong desire to "sell" (as quoted by the doctor), was strongly discouraging, and left me with my only desire being to get my dog into a stable state, in order to get her through the night, so I could get her to her vet in the morning. After two hours, and $200 ($180), we accomplished getting her some fluids to keep her from getting dehydrated, and an involuntarily nail clipping, that I was not made aware of until I asked the doctor where my dog was (40 mins later for a 10 min procedure [needless to say, I could've been attempting to feed her and make her comfortable during this time, at home]). I expressed I was ready to have her back and waited another 10 minutes. Not until I opened the door to the tech area, saw her typing, and ordered her to go get my dog, did I actually get her back. I would trust this place as minimal as humanly possible. Did I mention, since the moment the vet walked into our room, we were the only ones there (except for the cackling vet techs complaining of patients)? I am thankful for...their hours. I'm sorry they choose to monopolize because of them... I'm even more sorry that, with my particular situation, they didn't deserve the extra money one bit. I would avoid this place altogether, if you can.
Oh, and turns out, my, trustworthy, vet has recommended much less to fix my dogs problem, stating that most of what they recommended was excessive, and unnecessary. If you do have to go here, be prepared to hear a sales pitch when determining treatment. I'd compare their morale to that of a sketchy car salesman or car mechanic.
