I recently adopted a stray cat. He needed neutering, shots, different tests. I spent a day calling around from full service to the cheapest...they ALL had add-ons, multiple visits, acted like they were doing me a favor to answer the phone.
About ready to give up when I called Grand Park Animal Clinic. Michael listened to what I wanted, gave me an estimate. I made the appointment.
When I picked up my cat - He was neutered, had his shots, and a clean bill of health!
AND the price was less than the estimate.
It is wonderful to find professionals who actually care and not just chasing 'the all mighty dollar'.
I recommend Grand Park Animal Clinic, Katy, TX.

The staff and Jeff are very kind and professional. Dr. Crouch did an amazing job with my red Doberman, Stella! Her ears came out simply amazing! The after care is also very crucial and important and this place makes sure you get that with your pup. People come from far distances to get their dogs ears cropped by this doctor because they come out so good. The book on Doberman’s front cover has a picture on a Doberman she worked on. I really like this place and highly recommend it for any medical needs your pet may have or to have their ears cropped.

I had taken my animal in because I thought she got a hold of a frog, she had the same signs that my other dog had when she got a hold of one. Immediately the doctor wants x rays and start her on IV'S...
I had taken my animal in because I thought she got a hold of a frog, she had the same signs that my other dog had when she got a hold of one. Immediately the doctor wants x rays and start her on IV'S, lab work, my dog was only salivating from her mouth. I even told the doctor I think she got a hold of a frog. She didn't even take the time too Google the reactions of a dog biting a frog. I just wanted them to monitor her for a few hours but I got suckered into labs x rays and IV'S. Went to pick up my dog paid 550.00, but they failed to tell me the catheter was still in her leg. while the dog is on bed she pulls cap of catheter when I walk into my room my bed is covered in blood where she was lying. I tried to contact the doctor but there is no after hour number. I ran my dog to the emergency ER so they could remove it. They were wonderful they didn't even charge. so not only did I pay 550.00 for absolutely nothing , I also have a Ruined 500.00 comforter set that was given to me for Christmas, I took it cleaners and they could not remove the blood, the comforter was white so it was thrashed this weekend. I will never recommend this vet clinic to anybody, there incompetent staff not telling me there was an IV catheter in her is enough for me to report her to the state board.

They gave my dog vaccinations that were not only not needed, but were also not authorized by us, nor agreed to by us in any way, shape, or form. I'm not even sure that is healthy for the dog, but I guess whatever they need to make a buck. Oh, also, they charged us for a bath ($15), but the dog looks and feels the same as when we dropped him off. Absolutely terrible, I'm just hoping my dog does not suffer any health issues from staying at this place. I highly discourage anyone from leaving their dog here

I have never had a vet clinic go above and beyond like everyone here does!! Everyone is very nice,compassionate,and helpful. They truly care about you and your pets!! (If I could only find a Doctor for me like that!) We have many offices within minutes from our home, but I will always choose to drive out of my way to take my pets to Grand Park Animal Clinic.

This place is great, really the best vet I have visited. The care is very personal, I don't feel like just a customer here. Dr. Crouch does a wonderful ear cropping job. The staff is friendly and honest and seem to have my and my dogs best interest in mind. They even met with me on a Sunday just to clean my dogs ears! And they didn't charge a thing. They have been fair and honest in pricing with me. I am very satisfied with this vet. Highly recommended!
