Everyone in our household love Dr. Cruz and her staff. They have been taking care of our dogs since 2006. Gracie and Pepper have now crossed the Rainbow Bridge. Mercy is now 4 1/2 and a wonderful and healthy working crisis response dog. This last week we added a new member to our family with the addition of 8 week old Chloe. Dr. Cruz is greatly loved by all of our dogs and they feel her caring and dedication to keeping them healthy. Dr. Cruz is their vet but she really loves all of them and makes them feel special. Thank you to Dr. Cruz and all her wonderful staff.

They brought them to my home, with dinner, so that I would not have to travel to the clinic. I would recommend them to anyone who wants excellent care for their pets.

We have a rescue pup so he can be very scared and they handled him with extra care. He was less nervous than with other visits. We couldn't be more pleased. We will be back!

They have always been very professional and caring. I immediately get put into a private room with my dog and he gets a very thorough review. All of this is enough for 5 stars, but to add to this, earlier this week he was partially choking on a snack early in the morning. Fortunately I live very close and drove over. Though they were not yet open, Stephanie let me in and immediately removed the object. She gave him a quick check and all was well. Thank you Stephanie, you really came through in a pinch!

We love our friends at PMCK, and the quality of care is superb. When we first got our Daisy as a kitten, she had a kitty cold, and during the exam Dr. Cruz found ringworm as well. She was too tiny for the oral medicine, so she got 8 or 9 weekly visits for a lime-sulfur dip. We got to know the staff VERY well, and Daisy got used to her "spa days" with the staff! The excitement and adoration they showed when we would drop her off in the mornings was so wonderful and reassuring to this pet-mama. Now our visits are more routine, but we've received really excellent care, especially when we brought in our other cat for a dental, and when Daisy injured her back.
Dr. Cruz is patient and understanding, and always explains the reasoning behind her recommendations and it is clear that she wants to do what is best for our fur-kids. They make us feel like family, and they feel like family to us. I can't imagine going anywhere else.

I cannot say enough great things about Dr. Cruz and her staff. My dogs have been treated by Dr. Cruz since 2006. Dr. Cruz has treated Gracie since 2006 when she was 7 weeks old and she is the best dog I have ever had. Dr Cruz treated Pepper from 2007 until we lost her earlier this year. Dr. Cruz and her staff could not have treated us better through that difficult time. Now Dr. Cruz is treating Mercy who is now 7 months old. All three are Aussies and we love them. Dr. Cruz is very caring with our dogs and gives each of them special attention when we are in her office.

In the Katy area we have plenty of great vet clinics to choose from. This wouldn't be one of them.... The people that work there are RUDE!!! Especially the office manager. Being a paying customer, no one should be spoken to like the way she spoke to me. The vet is ok, but there are plenty of other clinics in the area where I would be treated alot better (by staff), and they would be greatful for my business. I'm not the only one that seems to have a negative feeling about the Pet Medical Center. My neighbor, whom I walk my dogs with started to tell me about her bad experience @ a vet clinic. I asked her what clinic.... guess who she said?? Pet Medical Center. She had the same complaint as I, the people are very RUDE!!!

Pet Medical Center did a great job with our sweet big boy. The Vet and Vet Techs took the time to discuss his health and ways for him to lose weight. We love the staff and the front desk.
We have a rescue pup so he can be very scared and they handled him with extra care. He was less nervous than with other visits. We couldn't be more pleased. We will be back!

They have always been very professional and caring. I immediately get put into a private room with my dog and he gets a very thorough review. All of this is enough for 5 stars, but to add to this, earlier this week he was partially choking on a snack early in the morning. Fortunately I live very close and drove over. Though they were not yet open, Stephanie let me in and immediately removed the object. She gave him a quick check and all was well. Thank you Stephanie, you really came through in a pinch!

Dr. Cruz does a great job here. They continue to help my dog be as healthy as he can be. I'll admit it's on the expensive side but you get what you pay for. Good care is worth it.

Even though they didn't have anything available the day I called Jennifer the receptionist did her best to get him seen. The staff is wonderful and Dr. Cruz is amazing. We love our friends at PMCK, and the quality of care is superb. When we first got our Daisy as a kitten, she had a kitty cold, and during the exam Dr. Cruz found ringworm as well. She was too tiny for the oral medicine, so she got 8 or 9 weekly visits for a lime-sulfur dip. We got to know the staff VERY well, and Daisy got used to her "spa days" with the staff! The excitement and adoration they showed when we would drop her off in the mornings was so wonderful and reassuring to this pet-mama. Now our visits are more routine, but we've received really excellent care, especially when we brought in our other cat for a dental, and when Daisy injured her back.
Dr. Cruz is patient and understanding, and always explains the reasoning behind her recommendations and it is clear that she wants to do what is best for our fur-kids. They make us feel like family, and they feel like family to us. I can't imagine going anywhere else.

I cannot say enough great things about Dr. Cruz and her staff. My dogs have been treated by Dr. Cruz since 2006. Dr. Cruz has treated Gracie since 2006 when she was 7 weeks old and she is the best dog I have ever had. Dr Cruz treated Pepper from 2007 until we lost her earlier this year. Dr. Cruz and her staff could not have treated us better through that difficult time. Now Dr. Cruz is treating Mercy who is now 7 months old. All three are Aussies and we love them. Dr. Cruz is very caring with our dogs and gives each of them special attention when we are in her office.

Dr Cruz and ALL of her staff are awesome. They are kind and caring. My Shih Tzu Chewie loves them so much he can't wait to go in for a visit! You will not find a better Vet in Katy!

In the Katy area we have plenty of great vet clinics to choose from. This wouldn't be one of them.... The people that work there are RUDE!!! Especially the office manager. Being a paying customer, no one should be spoken to like the way she spoke to me. The vet is ok, but there are plenty of other clinics in the area where I would be treated alot better (by staff), and they would be greatful for my business. I'm not the only one that seems to have a negative feeling about the Pet Medical Center. My neighbor, whom I walk my dogs with started to tell me about her bad experience @ a vet clinic. I asked her what clinic.... guess who she said?? Pet Medical Center. She had the same complaint as I, the people are very RUDE!!!
