Pricing is fair and we are always given all our options before deciding resolutions. They always follow through with everything they say they will do. That's hard to find.... Couldn't be happier!

I have been coming here for three years. I am very particular about the care of my fur babies and I visited other vets in the area before finding Parkside. I even visited their facility before I took my dogs. They were very welcoming and answered all of my questions. They gave me a good feeling so I began taking my dogs there. I am very glad I found them. I feel like every single employee cares about my fur babies. I never feel rushed by the vets and they are always willing to answer any questions I have. I highly recommend Parkside!

Our previous vet dropped the ball and point blank told us out of the blue our little dog was gonna die, nothing could be done. We were referred by our daughter and we went to Parkside. Gracie had two years of quality life thanks to them! They are awesome! When we finally had to say goodbye to Gracie, they cried with us you can't ask for more than that.

Been going here for 10 years, for the sake of a convenient location, although I knew all along how ridiculously over priced they are. In the 10 years of going here, not a single note-worthy vet relationship was formed. The straw that broke the camel's back was the fact that after one of my dogs that has actually been going to Parkside for 6 years, was in need of medical attention but it turned out my dog's medical needs didn't fit with Parkside's schedule. After calling 10 minutes before closing time and explaining our situation, we were turned away in an instant. It was clear in that moment that the vets at Parkside put themselves before their patient. Thankfully, I called North Richland Hills Family Animal Clinic and they displayed a multitude of compassion that Parkside had lacked, and they were more than willing to allow me to bring my dog in when she was in pain.
After my ongoing unpleasant experiences, I have had enough. I definitely do not recommend Parkside to anybody that doesn't want to pay 3x as much as you would somewhere else for essentially 3x less the dependability.

Truly a godsend! Literally saved my little teacup chihuahuas life. I had no idea what was wrong with her they knew immediately took her in on the spot and treated her! The staff is very caring and attentive! If it wasn't for this staff and doctors at Parkside Animal Hospital I don't think my Bella would be alive today. My family and myself are extremely grateful to everyone here! ADDED REVIEW FRIDAY OCT 14 2016: We want to thank the doctors and the staff at Parkside animal hospitals from the bottom of our heart for taking such wonderful care of our dog biscuit! He was in dire need of dental attention. He had severe tooth decay which led to him feeling in pain and mopey. The doctors and the staff took exceptionally great care of biscuit and cannot believe what a huge difference this has made in him!! Doggie Dental Care is so so important!!!! They literally gave him a new lease on life. Biscuit thanks immensely!!!!!

Omg this place is amazing! Ask for garyn to get your pets groomed and she will give you a discount! My dog needed a bath sooooo bad and hasn't had a cut in years and my Pom was my grandmothers dog and after she passed i had to take the dog in. The dog snaps as well and im just so thankful I found this place!

Truly a godsend! Literally saved my little teacup chihuahuas life. I had no idea what was wrong with her they knew immediately took her in on the spot and treated her! The staff is very caring and attentive! If it wasn't for this staff and doctors at Parkside Animal Hospital I don't think my Bella would be alive today. My family and myself are extremely grateful to everyone here! ADDED REVIEW FRIDAY OCT 14 2016: We want to thank the doctors and the staff at Parkside animal hospitals from the bottom of our heart for taking such wonderful care of our dog biscuit! He was in dire need of dental attention. He had severe tooth decay which led to him feeling in pain and mopey. The doctors and the staff took exceptionally great care of biscuit and cannot believe what a huge difference this has made in him!! Doggie Dental Care is so so important!!!! They literally gave him a new lease on life. Biscuit thanks immensely!!!!!
