Our puppy suddenly had a strange growth that started bleeding. It was end of day on July 3rd. The office was extremely busy and completely booked. One of the assistants offered to look at it for us so we could figure out if we needed to go to an emergency clinic. Turned out to be a small problem and they got the bleeding stopped so we could just monitor over the 4th while the office was closed. We really appreciate the personal service given at this vet.

Very unorganized, unprofessional business. One rude heavy-set staff that’s in charge stands out, she doesn’t smile, very unfriendly/unhappy, she does scheduling...Too bad the owner or owners are unaware of the situation. This woman should get a job at the post office in the sorting room, where customer service doesn’t exist.
I had an appointment but came in early hoping someone didn’t show up. I was told to comeback at my appointment time or wait. I decided to take my cats for a 17 minutes ride. I came back at my appointment time, they made me caged my cats in their nasty cages and told me it’s to transport them to their room since I didn’t bring my own carriers. I told the heavy-set woman in charge that both cats do not have claws. She said this is their policy in a very unfriendly manner.
My cats’ room was never ready or was prepared as she asserted 17 minutes earlier, this woman is a liar, an attribute that’s bad for this business. She left my cats at the front counter and attended to people coming and going. She took she sweet time knowing my cats where terrified as they’re indoor cats. My cats sat in those nasty veterinarian’s cage for 22 minutes. I took my cats for a 17 minutes ride to AVOID THE NASTY CAGES they offered earlier only to be force to put them in the nasty cages when I arrived at my appointment time and waited for 22 minutes.
I thought it’s odd because according to her my appointment time is set for a reason and that I can’t just show up early because they would have to prepare the room for me. Her BS is just disgusting, lying is as natural to this woman as drinking water and I recommend going to another veterinarian. I took my cats out of the nasty cages and took them home thus void further mean spirited attitudes toward me and abuse toward my cats.

This is now my third dog the staff has cared for. I feel that my pets are in good hands here. That is a big comfort when you have to leave your pet in the care of others.

The onsite medical staff seem to be educated enough to treat your pet. Their bedside manner is a different story. I called them to ask a question about my dog that was snake bit. I believe I spoke with CIndy. She was pretty rude, and really unhelpful. I explained that I was unable to bring my dog in currently, and was looking for a few tips they could provide. She said that she legally couldn't tell me anything, including to just confirm if I was doing anything beneficial for my dog currently. She also mentioned that every dog they see with a snake bite would be started on anti-venom immediately. From everything I have read and other vets I have spoken with, that would be the wrong decision as some dogs in some situations, it can cause more harm than good. I am glad I found this out before bringing my dog in. Probably an okay vet, just beware.

Good place to get vaccines for your dogs. However if your dog is sick or critical I would drive elsewhere. You will end up spending more money and your pup will not get the care it needs.

I have been using Dr. Williams' clinic for many years now and would not use anyone else. I actually travel from Cedar Park to have her treat my animals. She treats our animals with compassion and expertise. We recently had to have our beloved golden retriever put to sleep due to an infected tumor. Dr. Williams guided and supported us through the entire process. I highly recommend her clinic.

I took my 2 schnauzers in for a teeth cleaning (they are 5 yrs old) and I received a phone call AFTER the procedure to tell me that they had extracted 13 teeth from one dog and 20 from the other. NEVE...
I took my 2 schnauzers in for a teeth cleaning (they are 5 yrs old) and I received a phone call AFTER the procedure to tell me that they had extracted 13 teeth from one dog and 20 from the other. NEVER did they attempt to contact me prior to this barbarous act. My dogs are miserable and their lives have been changed forever.

I am so pleased to find a vet clinic in a small town that offers such a wide range of services. My dog first went there as a puppy for her shots, spaying, health check ups, bathing, nail trims, boarding, and everything she needs. And I am very impressed with the groomer Cindy Brock, she does a great job! They remember us when we walk in the door and greet us, great people who love pets!

This is now my third dog the staff has cared for. I feel that my pets are in good hands here. That is a big comfort when you have to leave your pet in the care of others.

I have been using Dr. Williams' clinic for many years now and would not use anyone else. I actually travel from Cedar Park to have her treat my animals. She treats our animals with compassion and expertise. We recently had to have our beloved golden retriever put to sleep due to an infected tumor.
