I am extremely disappointed with this place, and more disappointed that I have to write a review to express my dissatisfaction. The front staff, and more significantly, the owners, are TERRIBLE. Over the past year I have spent thousands of dollars at this vet, due specifically to one of my animals. Despite that, the owner was probably more rude to me than I have ever been treated by any business owner or staff member. They provide vet and boarding services at this place. Well, they call me on vacation while my dogs are boarding to inform me that one of my dogs can't get the teeth cleaning I requested because he is overdue on certain shots, and in fact both of my dogs were overdue on shots. I told them that I had had this exact conversation months earlier, it was literally deja vu, and to not do any teeth cleaning and to please not give them any shots until I could see a record of my pets' past vaccinations. I wanted these records because it was not the first time that I had been told my pets were due for vaccines when in fact they were not. (In those previous times, I made an appointment, showed up, only to find out that what they told me was necessary was not). Well, I get back into town, and they have apparently done both the shots and the teeth cleaning against my will. I am speaking with the owner over the phone and he tells me ::shockingly:: that my dog who had the teeth cleaning did NOT in fact need any shots and therefore was not given any. But he becomes beyond defensive, and then aggressive, when I asked to have the vaccine list ready for when I come to pick up my dogs later in the day. He tells me that "clearly" I hate the services they provide and shouldnt bother to return. All because I asked for a list of my pets' vaccines. In my opinion, absolutely ridiculous behavior. Especially because apparently my concerns were legitimized by the fact that my dog DID NOT need the shots they were telling me days before that he needed. After I see my bill for the boarding session, it appears they have also charged me for two baths for my dogs, which I was specifically asked about and declined (as I have done every time I have boarded my dogs). I call about this additional charge, and the owner again insists that I never return because "it is his staff member's word against mine and he believes her" and she said I asked for the baths. Never before have I encountered a business motto, where "the customer is always wrong." Again, for someone who has been a patron for the whole year without a single complaint, and who has given them thousands of dollars, you would think normal courtesy would be the least that would be expected. But not with this place, and specifically, not with this owner. That aside, the front staff is terrible. You can walk in and they will ignore you for a full five minutes doing whatever menial task they are assigned to before acknowledging your presence. I suppose it would have been nice to have a "be with you in five minutes" comment, so that I wasn't always feeling like I was bothering them by giving their employer my business. All of that being said, I mentioned before that I was upset at having to give this review, because I can say, whole-heartedly, that I think Dr. Buckley is amazing. She was great with my pets, specifically the one who warranted the most visits because of his problems. However, sadly, I think the owner's treatment of me and his random accusations that I "hate" their services might have affected her opinion of me, because she wasn't as welcoming that last time I went to pick up my animals. Very disappointing in all. I would say, go somewhere where they will appreciate your business and recognize that, as a business, they might make mistakes sometimes; it isn’t always "the customer is wrong, let's get mad and angry that the customer dare question anything we do here." Yes, go elsewhere. Read Less
