Never again!! Due to there negligence our Insurance company disclaims coverage and denies any and all liability regarding the loss of a sow we had insurance on!! Our busses is going elsewhere and I will be sure to let all our customers know as well! FYI...I have never left a review for anyone but thought this needed to be done!

The best veterinary hospital to go to. The staff is super friendly and they have helped in more than one occasion when something was wrong with our fur babies. They even sent me a signed card when my 15 year old furry best friend died.

Best place to groom our dogs. For the past 14 years ive never had a problem with them either. Pam and Jennifer are so sweet!!

First time taking my Siberian Husky Max and I loved it..the people where so nice and they explained everything they where doing and helped me figure out questions I had about him and also gave me good...
First time taking my Siberian Husky Max and I loved it..the people where so nice and they explained everything they where doing and helped me figure out questions I had about him and also gave me good advice on how I could help him more. Definitely staying with this clinic. Max was very happy himself when we left and that was more important to me for my son to love it. Definitely staying with this clinic.

The very best veterinaries in this region! Dr. Jim and Dr. Jerry (retired) have saved my dogs when nobody else would have given them any hope! They are trustworthy, kind, and my dogs love them! I even saw Dr. Jim save a colt who had been bitten by a den full of baby rattlesnakes and had a slim chance of ever seeing again, much less to live!!! Cudos to Dr's Gleasons , the other vets and to all their staff!!!

If it weren't for WPVH, my Mini Schnauzer would have died! Her liver shut down and they got her in as fast as they could and saved her life! Thank you so much! And Merry Christmas!

I have owned pets and lived all over the country. Dr Gleason and his staff are the very best vets I have ever found. They are caring and concerned for the pets and the owner. They keep you up to date on everything that is happening with your pet.These people have a special God-given gift with ALL types of animals. Their prices are reasonable and their staff is friendly.My pets are my family and I sure wouldn't still be going there if I had any concerns about their treatrment or interaction with my animals. I found them originally by accident and after moving into town went to other vets. They are worth the drive for me. I know my pets are in excellent hands!

West Plains Vet Clinic is THE best there is. I have been a customer of Dr. Jim Gleason for the past 20+ years. You could not ask for a better vet or vet clinic. From horses to large or small exotics, this man and his caring staff can fix anything! Not only does he provide excellent, above and beyond care to the animal, he truly cares about the human element involved also. He will get out of bed in the middle of the night for an emergency call, and never bat an eye. Dr. Jim has always been willing to work out payment plans with me, and he is the only vet I know of still willing to work with people in that respect. He has got my business forever.

West Plains Vet Clinic is THE best there is. I have been a customer of Dr. Jim Gleason for the past 20+ years. You could not ask for a better vet or vet clinic. From horses to large or small exotics, this man and his caring staff can fix anything! Not only does he provide excellent, above and beyond care to the animal, he truly cares about the human element involved also.
