Dr. Bone and his staff are great! they have seen all my furbabies and answered all our questions. We have been a client for several years! we were recently just in his office for a sick kitten and Dr. Bone got him all well again and back to normal. he has always been upfront and honest and doesn't charge us for extra tests my pets do not need.

Dr. Bones has seen my three dogs for the last two years and has been amazing. He helped me through the excruciatingly hard decision to put my best friend down. His compassion and understanding was paramount in that time of sadness. His first hunch is usually correct when diagnosing ailments, and takes the time to explain what different treatments would look like. His office staff and technicians are amazing as well. Very kind and accommodating. It's hard to replace my old vet in Kansas City, but this office stepped up to the task. Keep up the good work.

She is now 14 and still hanging in there! His (and his team) excellent care, honesty and compassion will keep me coming back with my current and future babies.

I have taken my pets to Dr. Bone several times over quite a long period of time, and always have had nothing but a positive experience at each and every visit. The staff are friendly and helpful, and Dr. Bone is wonderful, professional and kind hearted. Over the past year, our family has been dealing with the issue over when it was time to tell our sweet old Akita goodbye. He is the most gentle, nobel and sweet natured dog I've ever had as a family pet. Dr. Bone was very compassionate and forth coming on when and how it is time to let our pets go, and what factors to consider when they are declining in health. He put him on Rimadyl to see if it would ease the discomfort Tonka was experiencing. My dog hung in for a while, but took a turn for the worst last night. I called the animal hospital first thing in the morning, said that it was time, and my baby was suffering. They were so kind and compassionate, and said to bring him in and they would be ready to help upon arrival...no waiting. One of the techs came out with a stretcher (he's about 85-90 lbs) and helped carry him in with dignity straight into a waiting room. Dr. Bone explained the euthanasia procedure and gave us the option to stay or go during the process. We wanted to be with Tonka through it all. During the entire procedure, Dr. Bone treated my dog with dignity, kindness and respect. He had kind words to share with me about my special big old bear of a dog. As heartbreaking as it was, it was also beautiful that he was loved and cared for to the end...not just by us, his family, but by Dr. Bone and his caring staff. I would highly recommend this facility, and it's staff for caring for your pet from it's early days to the day it is time to let them pass into animal eternity. Thank you Lewisville Animal Hospital! You're the best!

Not sure when we started bringing our dog to Dr. Bone, but it's been several years now. We've always gotten the best care from him and his staff! It has been very obvious they truly care about both the pets and the owners.
Prices have also always been reasonable and they have been willing to offer advice on both "brand name" and less expensive alternatives when available.
Plan to continue using Dr. Bone and his staff for veterinary care...

Dr. Bone and his staff are the best vet office I have ever been to. Dr. Bone is extremely kind, knowledgeable and empathetic. After seeing Dr. Bone, he was able to determine that our sweet dog had a brain tumor. We brought her in multiple times over the course of a couple of weeks. Today we had to put her to sleep and Dr. Bone and staff was so kind and compassionate. They did all they could for her and we are extremely grateful. Thanks for trying to help our Lilly.
Getting an appointment was very easy to do and I felt like the costs were very fair. The office was very clean and, as said, the staff has been extremely kind. Take your pet to see Dr. Bone. He isn't in this for the money but because he loves pets and seems to care about their owners too.
We'll definitely being seeing Dr. Bone with our other dog and future pets.

He was on his death bed with an infection while being a diabetic we thought we may loose him but with the help of Dr. Bone's treatment and his caring loving staff I will have my Maximus happy and healthy in my life for now. Just took my puppy for her first round of shots to this office. I simply loved the hospital, staff, and most of all Dr. Bone. The facility is very clean. The staff is wonderful. Dr. Bone was great. He examined her, we talked about her diet, and behavioral concerns. Dr. Bone was absolutely wonderful with her and me. He answered all my questions and was great about explaining what I should expect in terms of her development. He took his time and I did not feel rushed. At the end of the visit he encouraged me to call him if I had any questions between now and my next appointment. I can't say enough good things. We went as a trial visit and I know for sure that Dr. Bone will be her vet for many years to come. Also, the visit was affordable compared to other vet offices around the area.

I have a dog thats really not a dog more like a child. She needed pretty invasive and complicated leg surgery. We trusted Dr. Bone with her and not only was he, but his staff was more than marvelous. He was very honest with my husband and my self and so compasionate with our girl. I do not know how any intelligent person could ever say anything negative about these wonderful caring people. Give Dr. Bone a try for any of your pets needs and you will definitely see what I am trying to express! Thank you Dr. Bone and staff for caring!

I have been taking my two Dachshunds here since 1997(It was on 121 back then). I was a little concerned when Dr. Newcomb retired, but Dr. Bone brings a new energy to the business. He is always caring and genuinely concerned when we go in for a visit, whether it is an annual checkup or an emergency. Dr. Bone takes the time to make sure I know all the details of my pet's condition before leaving the office and takes the time to answer all my questions without feeling rushed.

We brought in a stray cat and the dr assured us after tests that he was as healthy as possible and safe to be with the other cats we had (we quarantined him for 3 weeks). Months later we took him back in to get fixed and the dr tells us no bloode tests had ever been done, the cat is very ill and all of our cats will probably die now from his illness. He said all this with little remorse, said he never told me it was safe and threw my cat on the counter before walking in the back. In my opinion He is not kind to people or animals, charges for services not rendered, and endangers the lives of both pets and people with his negligence. GO SOMEWHERE ELSE!!!

I had to take one of my dogs in on a Saturday and Dr. Bone was so concerned he gave me his home phone number so I'd be able to call him on Sunday if there was still a problem. If only MY doctor cared so much!

I would not recommend this hospital to even an enemy. They are very unprofessional and quite rude. I have never had good experiences with them even though I have given them, I think adequate chances. The lady who answers the phone does not have good phone skills and was immediately rude without understanding my concerns/questions/issues.

Not sure when we started bringing our dog to Dr. Bone, but it's been several years now. We've always gotten the best care from him and his staff! It has been very obvious they truly care about both the pets and the owners.
Prices have also always been reasonable and they have been willing to offer advice on both "brand name" and less expensive alternatives when available.
Plan to continue using Dr. Bone and his staff for veterinary care...

Dr. Bone and his staff are the best vet office I have ever been to. Dr. Bone is extremely kind, knowledgeable and empathetic. After seeing Dr. Bone, he was able to determine that our sweet dog had a brain tumor. We brought her in multiple times over the course of a couple of weeks. Today we had to put her to sleep and Dr. Bone and staff was so kind and compassionate. They did all they could for her and we are extremely grateful. Thanks for trying to help our Lilly.
Getting an appointment was very easy to do and I felt like the costs were very fair. The office was very clean and, as said, the staff has been extremely kind. Take your pet to see Dr. Bone. He isn't in this for the money but because he loves pets and seems to care about their owners too.
We'll definitely being seeing Dr. Bone with our other dog and future pets.

Dr. Bone literally saved my dog's life! He was on his death bed with an infection while being a diabetic we thought we may loose him but with the help of Dr. Bone's treatment and his caring loving staff I will have my Maximus happy and healthy in my life for now. I can't say enough good things about this office they truly treat your pet like it is their own. Don't hesitate to come see Dr. Bone you won't regret it!

Just took my puppy for her first round of shots to this office. I simply loved the hospital, staff, and most of all Dr. Bone. The facility is very clean. The staff is wonderful. Dr. Bone was great. He examined her, we talked about her diet, and behavioral concerns. Dr. Bone was absolutely wonderful with her and me. He answered all my questions and was great about explaining what I should expect in terms of her development. He took his time and I did not feel rushed. At the end of the visit he encouraged me to call him if I had any questions between now and my next appointment. I can't say enough good things. We went as a trial visit and I know for sure that Dr. Bone will be her vet for many years to come. Also, the visit was affordable compared to other vet offices around the area.

I have a dog thats really not a dog more like a child. She needed pretty invasive and complicated leg surgery. We trusted Dr. Bone with her and not only was he, but his staff was more than marvelous. He was very honest with my husband and my self and so compasionate with our girl. I do not know how any intelligent person could ever say anything negative about these wonderful caring people. Give Dr. Bone a try for any of your pets needs and you will definitely see what I am trying to express! Thank you Dr. Bone and staff for caring!

I have been taking my two Dachshunds here since 1997(It was on 121 back then). I was a little concerned when Dr. Newcomb retired, but Dr. Bone brings a new energy to the business. He is always caring and genuinely concerned when we go in for a visit, whether it is an annual checkup or an emergency. Dr. Bone takes the time to make sure I know all the details of my pet's condition before leaving the office and takes the time to answer all my questions without feeling rushed.

We brought in a stray cat and the dr assured us after tests that he was as healthy as possible and safe to be with the other cats we had (we quarantined him for 3 weeks). Months later we took him back in to get fixed and the dr tells us no bloode tests had ever been done, the cat is very ill and all of our cats will probably die now from his illness. He said all this with little remorse, said he never told me it was safe and threw my cat on the counter before walking in the back. In my opinion He is not kind to people or animals, charges for services not rendered, and endangers the lives of both pets and people with his negligence. GO SOMEWHERE ELSE!!!

I have used Lewisville Animal Hospital for many years now and since Dr. Bone took over from Dr. Newcomb things have only improved from their already high standard. He and his staff are always caring and compassionate. I had to take one of my dogs in on a Saturday and Dr. Bone was so concerned he gave me his home phone number so I'd be able to call him on Sunday if there was still a problem. If only MY doctor cared so much!

I would not recommend this hospital to even an enemy. They are very unprofessional and quite rude. I have never had good experiences with them even though I have given them, I think adequate chances. The lady who answers the phone does not have good phone skills and was immediately rude without understanding my concerns/questions/issues.
