They have been taking care of my dog for a couple years now and really care about your dog. They have even gotten my dog in a couple times last minute for shots. Also when there is a puppy emergency they are always very transparent saying I'm sorry but we have to deal with this you can wait or come back later. If my dog was hurt I would appreciate the same dedication to helping my doggo. The people at the front desk are kind and helpful as well as try to help you get the care your dog needs and none of the extra foo foo other vets try to get you to buy. Perfect place to take my doggo when we are so far away from our home vet!

Dr. Hegi and the staff were all very knowledgeable and helpful. Dr Hegi answered all my questions and did not rush. He also did not just try to sell me any treatments that my dog didn't need. The staff were so sweet when my dog had multiple accidents on the floor (the reason for our visit). It was a very reasonable cost. I would recommend them to anyone.

I called to setup an appointment today, for the soonest they can see my Yorkshire terrier. He hurt his leg, so when I explained this to the receptionist she gave me availability for Monday and Tuesday. Availability for shots, and when i had to correct her that this was regarding my dog hurting his leg she provided another number to a different clinic. I've been to this clinic before to have the dog neutered and didn't have that level of unprofessionalism. Will not be reaching out to them again.

Excellent services and staff. Dr Hegi has always taken care our dogs for many years. Wonderful, kind and very caring Vet. I so appreciate all they did for Holly. Donna your the best always. The Receptionists, assistant to Dr Hegi and Dr Blackburn are all so caring to our animals. Couldn't ask for anyone better.

I have taken multiple pets here over the years. I've always been impressed with the staff and the vets. Most recently, I took my son's chihuahua puppy, who had come down with parvo. Even thought they were going to be closed for the Christmas holidays, the treated him and gave me daily updates via phone. Sadly, the little 4 lb guy didn't make it, but we were comforted in knowing that he had the best care possible.

I adopted a stray dog after she went unclaimed for a few weeks. I brought her here for a check up and told the vet that I had removed a few ticks from her, and that she had a very, very small appetite...
I adopted a stray dog after she went unclaimed for a few weeks. I brought her here for a check up and told the vet that I had removed a few ticks from her, and that she had a very, very small appetite. I learned that she was pregnant, so they couldn't give her any vaccines, and that her lack of appetite was just a symptom of pregnancy and nothing to worry about.
They tried to coerce me into bringing her back to have the puppies aborted, and said that I would need to do it within the next day or two because of how far along she was. They told me that it would be better to abort them now than to put them down later, insisting that I would not be able to find good home for any of the pups once they were old enough to separate from their mother.
They then clipped her nails and sent me along my way with a prescription gel for her ear infection.
My beautiful dog just had her litter of puppies, and I took her to a different vet to get her looked over. I found out that she not only has tapeworms, but TWO strains of tick fever and was in critical condition. With the care of my new vet, she is well on her way to healing, but because of the medicines we have to give her, I have to bottle feed her puppies as much as possible, and they may also be sick.
Had I not seen a new vet, I would likely have lost not only my wonderful dog, but her entire litter of puppies because the staff at Animal Care Clinic didn't check her over thoroughly.

They have been taking care of my dog for a couple years now and really care about your dog. They have even gotten my dog in a couple times last minute for shots. I have taken multiple pets here over the years. I've always been impressed with the staff and the vets. Most recently, I took my son's chihuahua puppy, who had come down with parvo. Even thought they were going to be closed for the Christmas holidays, the treated him and gave me daily updates via phone. Sadly, the little 4 lb guy didn't make it, but we were comforted in knowing that he had the best care possible.
