Dr. Hegi and the staff were all very knowledgeable and helpful. Dr Hegi answered all my questions and did not rush. He also did not just try to sell me any treatments that my dog didn't need. The staff were so sweet when my dog had multiple accidents on the floor (the reason for our visit). It was a very reasonable cost. I would recommend them to anyone. Read Less

My experience has always been a good one when I visit this establishment. We recently had our dog spayed and all went well. My only issue was the amount I paid to get her spayed. According to others I paid way to much to get my 7lbs dog fixed. But other then that everything was great. Read Less

I called to setup an appointment today, for the soonest they can see my Yorkshire terrier. He hurt his leg, so when I explained this to the receptionist she gave me availability for Monday and Tuesday. Availability for shots, and when i had to correct her that this was regarding my dog hurting his leg she provided another number to a different clinic. I've been to this clinic before to have the dog neutered and didn't have that level of unprofessionalism. Will not be reaching out to them again. Read Less

The two vets that run this place are very friendly with decades of experience. They take the time to talk to you and explain any problems. The prices are also very reasonable with most of my visits under $100 with shots and medicine. Read Less

They seem to do a good job here but my one experience felt a bit rushed by the doctor and he seemed very unenthusiastic about what he was doing. Overall, it wouldn't keep me from going there again though.Read Less

I have taken multiple pets here over the years.  I've always been impressed with the staff and the vets.  Most recently, I took my son's chihuahua puppy, who had come down with parvo.  Even thought they were going to be closed for the Christmas holidays, the treated him and gave me daily updates via phone.  Sadly, the little 4 lb guy didn't make it, but we were comforted in knowing that he had the best care possible. I adopted a stray dog after she went unclaimed for a few weeks. I brought her here for a check up and told the vet that I had removed a few ticks from her, and that she had a very, very small appetite. I learned that she was pregnant, so they couldn't give her any vaccines, and that her lack of appetite was just a symptom of pregnancy and nothing to worry about. They tried to coerce me into bringing her back to have the puppies aborted, and said that I would need to do it within the next day or two because of how far along she was. They told me that it would be better to abort them now than to put them down later, insisting that I would not be able to find good home for any of the pups once they were old enough to separate from their mother. They then clipped her nails and sent me along my way with a prescription gel for her ear infection. My beautiful dog just had her litter of puppies, and I took her to a different vet to get her looked over. I found out that she not only has tapeworms, but TWO strains of tick fever and was in critical condition. With the care of my new vet, she is well on her way to healing, but because of the medicines we have to give her, I have to bottle feed her puppies as much as possible, and they may also be sick. Had I not seen a new vet, I would likely have lost not only my wonderful dog, but her entire litter of puppies because the staff at Animal Care Clinic didn't check her over thoroughly.Read Less
