Bozeman is nothing but a thief, she tried to charge me $350 to cremate a few pounds cat while EVERYONE and I mean EVERYONE in town charges $75 to $100 max. As if that's not enough she's trying to make me pay a bill THAT I HAVE ALREADY PAID AND I HAVE THE PROOF OF PAYMENT, when I called to tell her that I have paid everything, promptly and on time and that I will be sending her proof of payment, she said "oh I have your DL # !!!!! I hung up ..I don't like to be talking to despicable thugs..that's all she is a thief and a thug..I have been going to vets for over 45 years, this is the first time I see a thief posing as a vet!! I think I will be taking my proof of payment to court and sue her for thieving and harassment..about time someone put that clown in her place

Friendly personnel. The only reason I didn't give 5 stars was the way one of the vet techs handled my neurotic dog. She didn't listen to me about his issues (panics when his collar is grabbed), ended up basically wrestling him to the floor to get a muzzle on him. However, I know my dog has issues (he's a rescue), so I'm willing to give them a second chance.

We love Dr Bozeman. She took care of my cat, Purr, until she passed at just over 21yrs old. She puts so much care and love into her work. She remembers little quirks about the families and pets that she treats as her own. Kristi is a hoot and always makes the visits fun even when it is something serious. When we had to put my cat down they were very understanding and caring of my complete breakdown in the room. They sent a card a week later. This office goes above and beyond. When we get another pet, we will be returning. ❤

I starting taking my lil puppy there since he was born, he'll be 5 months now. But what really made me realize that I chose an awesome vet clinic is when my almost 6yr old terrier got sick (they hadn't seen him yet). I called them told them what was going on with Aspen they told me to take him in so we did, they checked him over, we had to leave him cause he was going to need surgery. Aspen was there for 3 days cared for with lots of tlc he's home now resting. Thanks to the Dr & the staff for taking care for Aspen & showing him so much love!! I tell anybody & everyone of this place where they care for their fur patience. Everyone their is awesome!

We love Dr Bozeman. She took care of my cat, Purr, until she passed at just over 21yrs old. She puts so much care and love into her work. But what really made me realize that I chose an awesome vet clinic is when my almost 6yr old terrier got sick (they hadn't seen him yet).
