Avoid a "technician" named Jen. Apparently she can't read. When u drop off a pet, they have you fill out a form with that days contact info, list of concerns for ur pet, and any comments. She didn't bother or in able to look at the form. I made a comment to call MY cell when she ready, I wanted one month supply of her prevention medication, and trim the dog's nail please. Jen calls my husband at work and left a message. She never called the number I left for contact, which left my dog waiting an hour after her exam was completed! She did 6 month supply (then reads the form and says, "ohh you want just one month?" Uhh, yeah) and never trimed the nails! I asked what's the point of filling out the form? She didn't respond, walked away to the back room. She returned saying I needed to collect urine for testing and bring it back? I asked, you trimed the nail right? "Ummm, no" she answers. Front desk employee said "it was in the notes, didn't u see that?" She grabs my dogs leash and said, "fine I'll do it now." I say no, thanks. Top this off, as she walks back she growled out loud at me!! I look at her and the other front desk employee, did u just growl at me? Ohh, no she responds! Off al this, Jen NEVER said "I am sorry" for all the mistakes i made. The front desk employees says I'm sorry for all of this, next nail trim is on us. In a whole, Banfield is great! Great hours, caring employees, but today... Jen needs to learn how to slow down and read!Read Less
