This is the unfriendliest veterinary office I've ever been to. Dr. Kennedy doesn't smile, she's brusque, and is unclear about what she's doing. I'm used to getting a print-out of the medications, shots, and procedures that were administered at the end of an appointment, but all I received was a receipt. In addition, the woman at the front desk isn't clear about appointments. Rather than tell you up front that, say, x-rays are done only on certain days, she'll say, "That's not a good time," or "If you come at that time, we can't do x-rays." Just say, "X-rays are done on such-and-such days only"! Sheesh. That would make it much easier to set a date and time for appointments. Read Less
