Took my baby girl in yesterday with a bad place on her neck. The vet was so kind and handled her with such gentleness, she did not even growl at him. Now giving her meds and treating the neck area with topical cream. The vet did for us that which we could not do for ourselves. Thank you. Read Less

This is a small animal clinc that is ran by 3 people. Which helps keep prices for your animal care to the minimal. The front lady is very sweet and cares about the animals. She is also wise enough to give tips and instructions on certain aspects. Being that they have short hours I would recommend going to the vet rather than calling. They stay pretty busy. The elder vet is amazing. He will explain everything to the root of the problem with pictures, examples, and, charts. He will help you to understand the problem along with how to solve the problem. Okay, this place took care of my dog for a great price but something happened in the back....my dog was injured from the waist down (reason for the visit). No head injuries at all, when my dog was brought back, he was bleeding from the mouth. Three of his front teeth where knocked loose and fresh blood was coming from his mouth....I have before and after pictures...one assistant said, "watch it he's a bitter". I thought it was strange, my dog has never bit anybody, When the assistant brought my dog back, he was screaming....I can prove that my dog wasn't bleeding from the mouth, but I can't prove what happened to him in the back room. These people never answer their phone, they have no answer machine, and they have no website. You have no idea what their hours of operation are unless you actually drive up to the door and see their sign. In addition, they take several hour lunch breaks. The Vet who works at this clinic, Dan Woody, is my uncle and he have always been a great help to me both in my childhood years and in my adult years as a pet owner. They have given me advice, and I don't really trust anyone else to deal with my pets like I do him. But since I live far away, I can only call him and ask what I should do when a pet is ill or acting strange. When I was a little girl, I had a kitty who was my best friend. She caught kitty luekemia though, and although there was very little that could be done, my uncle Dan helped me to deal with her illness, and I allowed my parents to consult with him about releasing her from her suffering. I remember that he let me stay in the room when this was happening so I could be with her during her last moments. It was comforting that I was allowed to pet her and say my goodbye's. Over 20 years later, I still remember how compassionate Dr. Dan Woody was, and it has inspired me to do all I can for my pets, and look into becoming a vet myself! I strongly recommend this clinic for anyone seeking a true pet lover and would be willing to listen to the owner's concerns. They've been in business for years!
