As a rate I'm giving one star to this place,but I should give to them a cero. And I will tell you why....happen that2 or 3 months ago i was walking in the parking lot of the apartment complex where i live;and some of the sudden I spot a little white kitty that can barely walk because was almost blind,sick,with malnutrition,etc etc etc. The little kitty need it help desperately(it was winter). And he pleaded for that to me when I took him in my hands(mow,mow,mow). I do not mess too much with"pets"but do respect animals and love cats.And give their respect for the rest of the animals. So I started making calls to different animal clinics,asking for advice and prices(Becouse i was in a badge,)Finally I decided to take"my little kitty"to this full of hypocrites and unhearty people of this clinic. When I first walk in I was received with a cool and a weird look...like...what are you doing here"Spanic"?( mexican ?). Without a layin smill I was asked....yes. Talk to me...what you need? What can I do for you ? I explained to them what had happened and that i need some help for that little kitty. That I was broke. Without incon at the moment.But i was willing to pay ,later on,whatever the cost. And I offer to them my address,my driver linces ,even I offer to them 20 dollars as an advance,and willing to pay the rest later on or in payments. Wherever BUT THE LITTLE KITTY NEED IT SOME MEDICINE RIGHT NOW. AND I WAS WILLIN TO DO THE IMPOSIBLE TO SAVE THAT LITTLE KITTY LIFE. ... BUT...THEY REFUSE TO TREAT THIS LITTLE KITTY. . And I DO not how that"doctor"...Ivon...something .Williams. ? ..heard of my"plead".. Dr. Wilson is wonderful with our dogs. She is very sweet and appears to genuinely love all animals. She’s offered us great advice when we needed it and we are grateful to have her nearby. Dr. Wilson has been my dogs' vet since I brought them home. She spayed both of my girls, mended a broken leg, and has just been a pleasure to deal with in general. My wife quickly switched to Dr. Wilson for her cats as well. One of her kitties is over 13 years old, and Dr. Wilson takes better care of her than places my wife paid an arm and a leg for. She's knowledgeable (Gig 'Em!!) with loads of experience and doesn't try to sell you on anything she doesn't think your pets absolutely need. They also board your pets for much less than the fancy places with all the upgrades that your pet will never know you got them. Read Less

Dr. Yvone Wilson Have my full Support. MY dog is difficult and her staff did a excellent job. They are not afraid of any dog or Cat, they are educated and specialized on Dogs and Cats. My Che needed two melanomas to be removed and she removed three. While everyone else did asked me 4k she only asked me for 859.00 and that included operation, health exam, antibiotics, send the melanomas to a lab and find out what kind are them, one was on his mouth, one on his left rib cage and the other at his spinal cord area. So figure out. How costly they could be. She will not waste your time. And will treat your dog and cat with respect. Thank you so much for everything. Che is back to himself. I remember the first day she open her doors . Been going to her and only her . We have taken 5 dogs to her thru the years . I have been a horse breeder . Raise dogs . And have know a lot of vets , not one has come close to her . Doc , I know it has been 2 years since we had to put ( ROO ) to sleep , but that day you stayed with us thru it all and cried with us . We love Dr. Wilson (formerly Hanks) and her staff! Of course my hot mess rescue dog doesn't like going, but what dog does? The staff and Dr Wilson are so good with her. I love that I can get her allergy meds refilled without bringing her in every time-big help! And that I can buy the flea/tick control and heartworm meds one month at a time instead of having to come up with $$ for six months worth at a time. Big blessing! Read Less

Dr Wilson is amazing and genuinely seems to care for all the animals that come in the door. She knows their names and recognized them on site. Her entire staff seem to the same passion. Dr. Wilson came highly recommended from coworkers and she did not disappoint. I am very impressed with her and her staff. I took my 6 month old pug to get spayed and Molli is 9 days post op and did wonderful. She never had to wear the cone and didn't lick or mess with the incision and it has healed beautifully. Money is important-but I am not sure the tradeoffs are done correctly. I would not use her again-and I have used her for probably 6-7 years. Staff has turned over with some accompanying bad signs. Dr Hanks saved my cat's life! Years ago my cat had very high toxic in her blood stream and we had no idea how or where that come from. She had 5% slim chance to survive. She was only two years old. There really isn't enough room for me to express my gratitude and love for Dr. Wilson. She was an angel who kept our little man Armani alive as long as possible and was with me when he passed away at 15 . Armani loved her and I will forever be appreciative of everything Dr. Wilson did which was beyond what anyone could have done. Today Gaga my little poodle got to meet her and all the wonderful staff. I left knowing Gaga has the best Dr. And care we could have. She even after two years talked with me about my little Armani who was my child. Dr. Hanks is a different kind of vet. My Elizabeth, a large pit/lab mix rescue, was very large and very unhappy on a vet's table. Other vets had muzzled her. It was such a traumatic experience that I didn't take her to the vet as often as i should have. Dr. Hanks took one look at her and got down on the floor with her! The whole exam was carried out on the floor with sweet Elizabeth's head in my lap. It was that same way all the way until the end of her life. She will tell you the truth about your pet's condition, though, so if you don't want to hear that, she may not be the vet for you. She is the right vet for your pet, though, so consider it for them! We have taken our animals to her for years, check-ups etc.. They have always seemed to be quite caring and we were always pleased with her services. Too bad I hadn't read reviews of her when it comes to respiratory ailments, then I would have found someone with a better knowledge in that area. My sweet Pekinese little baby girl started a nasty cough for no apparent reason, was charged ridiculous prices for two meds that did nothing, was given some cough suppressant pills and told she had kennel cough and collapsing trachea, but would be fine. She died in my arms 1 1/2 days later. Seems like a common problem for respiratory problems in her care. Moral is, If your animal has respiratory problems, find a vet who knows what they are doing.Read Less

We take our dog to Dr. Hanks exclusively. She's treated him since he was a puppy and we've had him for 3 years now. She, and her staff, are very responsive, kind, and go out of their way to help. When he hurt his back, Dr. Hanks walked us through the X-rays and helped with keeping us all calm, because we were afraid he'd have to be put down. Dr. Hanks is quite possibly the best vet on the planet. She is so genuine when it comes to the caring of animals.
