Plenty of staff and Vets to take care of customers; we were immediately tended to on each of our three visits, plus they were all friendly and helpful.
We had our golden retriever spayed here. It was the first time I had ever left a newly spayed pup for an overnight stay at the vet, but it is their policy to do so here. I was a little apprehensive about it just because I’ve never done it before, but as it turns out I think I like it this way. The overnight stay is included in their price, and even then they are more reasonable than other area vets that I priced.
We picked up our dog, all ready to go and completely over her anesthesia.
I have had a lot of dogs spayed over the years, and the stitch work on this dog was the neatest and healed up quicker and prettier than any I have ever seen; very impressed with their stitching ability.
I posted 2 pics, but there really isn’t anything to see after just 45 days or so; all the hair is already back in, and she never even tried to lick at it... a really neat job.

The staff were amazing when my beloved Chino, of fifteen years, passed away. They have also proven to be professional and supportive with my newly adopted (blind and deaf) dog, Helen. I took my fur babe, Charlie for a physical and a strain canine flu shot after moving into the neighborhood. The staff at the Vet House was wonder and accommodating! The receptionists and the technicians were beyond kind and caring. My favorite part of the visit, except meeting Dr. Preisst was meeting the cute chihuahua who seems to run then front office! So adorable. I am happy to call The Vet House Charlie's new vet.

Came in for a check up on my family dog. They had a same day appointment and were able to squeeze me in. The cost was reasonable compared to most vet offices. The technician interviewed me and then the doctor came in for additional questions and recommendations. Dr. Griggs was very caring and made sure any questions I asked were answered. He explained the test results to me and what my options were without being pushy or judgmental about what care I wanted to provide my pet. At times, I have been in offices were you are pushed to make quick decisions without consideration for price, timing or other sensitive issues. If you are a pet owner and you bring your dog in, it's highly likely you already care for your dog. So I respect that veterinarians know exactly what your pet needs, but sometimes it's not possible to fund every test available. It was about $75 for a panel, $25 for urinary tests, under $100 for a pet visit and some shots. With a Yelp offer and price matching on meds with online amounts, I came out spending about $210. That isn't too bad considering all the work I had done in the 1.5 hours in the office. I would say that the vet does not allow online prescriptions so if you are looking to purchase a different medication for your dog, it is not possible. They will match only the medication on hand. But, they are very nice about it and check out was fast. I will definitely go back again because I can trust this office and the prices are reasonable. There's also plenty of rooms.

This is such an amazing vet! I brought my precious cat in this week to find out that she had a UTI and a respiratory infection. Dr. Swan and his staff, from the front desk to his techs, were LOVELY!!! All of them were very sweet and showed my cat Sugar as much love as I do. I was very taken back and shaken (slightly tearing up) about the fact that Sugar was urinating blood. Dr. Swan could tell right away that I was upset and waited with me and answered any questions that I had. He has also called me personally twice (not had a tech or front desk call) and made sure to check in an discuss how to proceed with treatment for Sugar.This was my first time going to this vet and it most definitely won't be my last. I have not had a positive passed experience with vets, and Vet House has restored my faith that vets still do care about animals.

I would highly recommend you avoid this clinic if your dog is at all timid. We took our small dog in to have his nails trimmed. We warned the technician that he hates having his nails trimmed and that he could potentially snap. She acted nonchalant and took him back. We could hear him screaming out, letting us know that he had not been muzzled. As we were getting into the car after the appointment, the vet came out to let us know he had bitten the technician and as a result, would need to be quarantined. I have never experienced a vet that quarantines a dog over a bite that could have been prevented. I have spoken with other vets and was told that a vet office should "know better", especially since it was a provoked bite, meaning that he didn't merely walk up and bite someone for no reason. Whether it's lack of proper technician training, I cannot say but, our dog will not be going back.

This is the best clinic that I have ever encountered. I have had to board my dogs a few times lately because we are in the process of selling our home. I have been so stressed and busy that I let my sweet girls go a month without a bath (not normal). The Vet House normally only bathes dogs if they stay two nights in a row, but I can tell they made an exception for the double one nights. My dogs came home happy and smelling their best today and the staff is so sweet to them and knows them and me as soon as we walk in. Thank you so much Vet House for all you do for them.

I was lucky enough to discover The Vet House in an emergency situation because they have late hours available. I have not ever wanted to search for any other place for my babies. I have added one to my family since discovering The Vet House and couldn't be happier with the service, pricing, and above all the friendliness of everyone in the building. The staff were amazing when my beloved Chino, of fifteen years, passed away. They have also proven to be professional and supportive with my newly adopted (blind and deaf) dog, Helen. I took my fur babe, Charlie for a physical and a strain canine flu shot after moving into the neighborhood. The staff at the Vet House was wonder and accommodating! The receptionists and the technicians were beyond kind and caring. My favorite part of the visit, except meeting Dr. Preisst was meeting the cute chihuahua who seems to run then front office! So adorable. I am happy to call The Vet House Charlie's new vet.

Came in for a check up on my family dog. They had a same day appointment and were able to squeeze me in. The cost was reasonable compared to most vet offices. The technician interviewed me and then the doctor came in for additional questions and recommendations. Dr. Griggs was very caring and made sure any questions I asked were answered. He explained the test results to me and what my options were without being pushy or judgmental about what care I wanted to provide my pet. At times, I have been in offices were you are pushed to make quick decisions without consideration for price, timing or other sensitive issues. If you are a pet owner and you bring your dog in, it's highly likely you already care for your dog. So I respect that veterinarians know exactly what your pet needs, but sometimes it's not possible to fund every test available. It was about $75 for a panel, $25 for urinary tests, under $100 for a pet visit and some shots. With a Yelp offer and price matching on meds with online amounts, I came out spending about $210. That isn't too bad considering all the work I had done in the 1.5 hours in the office. I would say that the vet does not allow online prescriptions so if you are looking to purchase a different medication for your dog, it is not possible. They will match only the medication on hand. But, they are very nice about it and check out was fast. I will definitely go back again because I can trust this office and the prices are reasonable. There's also plenty of rooms.

This is such an amazing vet! I brought my precious cat in this week to find out that she had a UTI and a respiratory infection. Dr. Swan and his staff, from the front desk to his techs, were LOVELY!!! All of them were very sweet and showed my cat Sugar as much love as I do. I was very taken back and shaken (slightly tearing up) about the fact that Sugar was urinating blood. Dr. Swan could tell right away that I was upset and waited with me and answered any questions that I had. He has also called me personally twice (not had a tech or front desk call) and made sure to check in an discuss how to proceed with treatment for Sugar.This was my first time going to this vet and it most definitely won't be my last. I have not had a positive passed experience with vets, and Vet House has restored my faith that vets still do care about animals.

I would highly recommend you avoid this clinic if your dog is at all timid. We took our small dog in to have his nails trimmed. We warned the technician that he hates having his nails trimmed and that he could potentially snap. She acted nonchalant and took him back. We could hear him screaming out, letting us know that he had not been muzzled. As we were getting into the car after the appointment, the vet came out to let us know he had bitten the technician and as a result, would need to be quarantined. I have never experienced a vet that quarantines a dog over a bite that could have been prevented. I have spoken with other vets and was told that a vet office should "know better", especially since it was a provoked bite, meaning that he didn't merely walk up and bite someone for no reason. Whether it's lack of proper technician training, I cannot say but, our dog will not be going back.

This is the best clinic that I have ever encountered. I have had to board my dogs a few times lately because we are in the process of selling our home. I have been so stressed and busy that I let my sweet girls go a month without a bath (not normal). The Vet House normally only bathes dogs if they stay two nights in a row, but I can tell they made an exception for the double one nights. My dogs came home happy and smelling their best today and the staff is so sweet to them and knows them and me as soon as we walk in. Thank you so much Vet House for all you do for them.
