Very disappointed with this place ... We brought our puppy here few weeks ago for check up and shots.Today I brought her back here for another shot was told to pay again. The problem is that the staff explained to me that this shot (my puppy got today) was included in the fees that I paid for last time. I remember I asked her many times when I was there.... Now the staff said she never told me that.... it’s not bout me paying it but it was what she said to me last time.. Better train the staffs better......Dishonesty........

Oh goodness, I don’t know how to start. I’ve been coming to this VCA for a very long time. With 3 other pets”Frisky,Milo,Mika” and Betty , Betty is 11 years now. I brought her here since she was a puppy 🐶 .
I don’t think necessary to say that the hospital, staff and doctor Sharp are great, professionally and humanly.they are the best. my faithful friend is 11 years old and before her another three were in the care of Dr. Sharp.
about the price ... it does not make me happy but c’mon for the well-being of my pets, is something I have to pay. because I want my faithful friend to be healthy and by my side . She’s not just my pet ... she’s my family.

Dr. Sharp and Dr. Manley are the best. My 10 month old dachshund Addy can be a handful but they love her there. She used to be nervous when going to the vet but now she gets excited for the trip. Although she's still a puppy she has an uncommon medical condition called hepatic encephalopathy that both doctors have gone out of their way to diagnose and treat. They both have contacted specialist for consults and provided the best for my baby. I've never been so comfortable going to the vet because I know I have two doctors that strive to provide my pet with utmost care. I can't say enough good things about this practice. The staff are also warm, welcoming, and knowledgeable. If they are unable to answer one of my crazy questions then they ask the doctor; If they aren't available immediately the doctor calls me back the same day.
As far as cost goes I've never known quality pet care to be cheap but they give me numerous options to help fit my budget. They don't make me feel guilty either if I can't do everything that same day, but they ensure my pet (and myself) are taken care of.

Unsympathetic, fat, corpulent front of desk staff that have no regard for family. The technician was helpful in questions but the front of desk help were rude, forceful and intent on directing us to another facility because she could not answer our questions and could not be bothered by us in our concern for our family pet. She directed us to the front door in the aggressive manner unprovoked.

Easy to get in and open Saturdays. We got a new dog and used their "Dog Wellness Plan" which pays for all preventative measures for your dog plus 5 vet visits a year. Love that idea!

They have taken my Jazz and made her their own! They not only make the pet feel good but me as well! You always worry about how your animal gets treated and when jazzy had her operation the staff was awesome with her. I just adopted another pug puppy and I won't hesitate taking her there. Both Dr. Manly and Dr. Sharp have seen Jazz and both doctors are wonderful!

I took my dog to this hospital after she got in a fight with another dog, she has a cut under her eye and puncture to the neck. They close at 3 I got there at 2:20 and they advised me that no one could see her because of the time. Well just so you understand isn't there ethics in being a vet like a doctor. I cannot believe that I was turned away. I wont ever take my dog there.

I love the VCA Hospital. Everyone there from front desk staff, pet handlers, and the doctors are capable and friendly. Most of all, Dr. Manley is super nice. They know how to calm down my cats while working on them. Dr. Manley makes my kids feel warm and welcome while they're there, too. Animals are important at VCA Hospital.

Dr. Sharp and Dr. Manley are the best. My 10 month old dachshund Addy can be a handful but they love her there. She used to be nervous when going to the vet but now she gets excited for the trip. Although she's still a puppy she has an uncommon medical condition called hepatic encephalopathy that both doctors have gone out of their way to diagnose and treat. The technician was helpful in questions but the front of desk help were rude, forceful and intent on directing us to another facility because she could not answer our questions and could not be bothered by us in our concern for our family pet. She directed us to the front door in the aggressive manner unprovoked.

I took my dog to this hospital after she got in a fight with another dog, she has a cut under her eye and puncture to the neck. They close at 3 I got there at 2:20 and they advised me that no one could see her because of the time. Well just so you understand isn't there ethics in being a vet like a doctor.
