This was possibly the worst experience I have ever had at a vet. I took both of my dogs to have a check up and get updated on shots. Things started out fine, filling out paperwork and getting checked ...
This was possibly the worst experience I have ever had at a vet. I took both of my dogs to have a check up and get updated on shots. Things started out fine, filling out paperwork and getting checked in. We were taken back to the exam room and the vet tech gave both dogs a vaccine. The vet techs, now two of them, began trimming both dogs nails. Pretty standard for a vet clinic. They cut nearly every single nail too short and made them all bleed. My dog was obviously distraught and upset. So much so that he defecated on the table. Something he would never do. But the experience doesn't stop there. Once the Dr. came in, who was very nice, and started examining the dogs, there was some sort of altercation in the lobby between the staff. Screaming and yelling at on another, "leave me alone" "Get your hands off of me" "You're not going to do this" I was extremely concerned. But neither the Dr. or the vet tech that was in the room with me acknowledged that it was happening. No one batted an eye. I froze and didn't know what to do. One of the other vet techs came and stood in the door way of the exam room that I was in and was observing, next thing that I know, someone that I could not see grabbed her and pulled her from the room forcefully. Again, the Dr and vet tech that were with me did not acknowledge that it was occurring.
I have never experienced anything like this in my life. I was going to dispute the cost of the exam and vaccinations but I had to get out of the situation and pay and leave.
I would never recommend this place to anyone, for your sake and your pets.

I called this morning about my pet rat. Lisa was so helpful over the phone and so sweet when I dropped my rat off to euthanized. Thank you so much for making this day a little easier for me.

My folk and I have always brought our fluffy family members here to tend to ailnesses, routine checks and shots, even major surgeries and the gentleman running the clinic is an honest caring man who will do what is necessary and has even doctored one of mine back to health from supposed parvo.. i thought he was a gonner... Best vet ever! Keep up the practice!

I'm New to this vet and He and his staff were wonderful. When I had to put my dog to sleep a really sweet girl came out from behind the counter and hugged me. Not a fake hug a real hug.

This was possibly the worst experience I have ever had at a vet. I took both of my dogs to have a check up and get updated on shots. Things started out fine, filling out paperwork and getting checked in. We were taken back to the exam room and the vet tech gave both dogs a vaccine.
