Pet Doctor is located in Rockwall, TX and is not a high volume clinic with burned out, frustrated employees. Those clinics offer low prices, but they also offer very little personalized attention, and their treatment is riddled with mistakes! Our caring, compassionate staff is well trained, experienced, and focused on every detail of providing individualized care for your pet.
Pet Doctor is not a corporate-owned animal hospital that hires inexperienced veterinarians. Many of these hospitals require vets to provide cookie cutter vaccination and medical programs in order to meet financial quotas. Dr. Webb has twenty years of experience, and the veterinarians at Pet Doctor don’t recommend unnecessary treatments to pad the bottom line. We are honest and our fees are reasonable.

I've been bringing my dogs here for years and love it. I have friends and family who are vets and they all recommended that I go to Pet Doctor. When one of my dogs got parvo despite being vaccinated, they took great care of her and she made a quick and full recovery. They're also very reasonably priced and you can tell that they care about their patients.

I love this place! We took our 11 year old dog here, and they were very thourough in helping figure out what was wrong, and getting a quick solution. We also took my puppy here to get spayed and she has been having a great recovery, here sutures have been healing very well, and she has been doing great. The vet tech Dawn was awesome at making sure we knew everything we needed to know before we took both dogs and their medication home. She was also honest and it was obvious she cared for both of my babies well being.

The only relevant tag of the three on his well worn collar was his rabies tag from Pet Doctor. The staff pulled his records and left numerous voicemails and emails for the owner to contact me and finally today the owner called me. i truly appreciate the staff's assistance in trying to help "Ziggy" find his way back home!

Dr. Webb and the staff at Pet Doctor are fantastic! I have been taking my 3 dogs there for 4 years and the care they receive there is EXCELLENT! My little Zoey became terribly sick a year and I took her to another vet for an emergency visit. They prescribed medicine, ran tests, and when she didn't improve I took her back to that vet since they initially treated her condition. After another week I was frantic. I called Dr. Webb, they got me in immediately, and he could tell just by looking at her what her problem was. Tests confirmed his diagnosis and my sweet little girl hasn't had a moment of illness since. Not only are they caring and kind, but Dr. Webb is an excellent diagnostician. I will never entrust the care of my dogs to anyone else.

As I entered, there were three ladies working the front end, not one of them greeted us, I proceeded to let them know I had an apt for my dog and they said there must be a mistake we don't take apt on Thursdays. I proceeded to explain I received confirmation and made apt thru the Yelp app. They argued that they would not have confirmed that apt since they don't take apt on Thursday's. Obviously they did not want my service and at that point I didn't want theirs either, so we left. They did NOT call me or email me to let me know that my apt was not legit. How rude! Poor customer service! I'm thankful I found a better place for my dog.

Took my 1 year old puppy here to get vaccinations for the first time. Was very pleased! My first impression was that this place looked very clean. I was checked in promptly, and the waiting area is big and open which I liked. They had no problem helping me hold my dog while getting her nails clipped, and they gave her a heartworm test, 3 vaccinations and heartworm medication... After paying and leaving I realized I was in and out of there in 15 minutes! Couldn't believe it. I normally go to VCA but I'm getting tired of paying their ridiculously high fees and waiting over an hour to be seen on an appointment visit! I could tell that the vet assistant helping me wasn't trying to push any extra services on me either. Pet Doctor is my new place!

Dr. Webb and his staff are always smiling and happy. Hershey is never nervous visiting every year for his shots and teeth cleaning. Dr. Webb has been our vet for 19 years. He took care of our 1st dog, Madison, all of her life for 16 1/2 years. 11 months ago, we got another puppy, Bailey. She is a Yorkie. We got her when she was 6 months old. Dr. Webb spayed her when she was about a year old.. The procedure went well, with no complications. He also gave her her yearly shots and heartworm medicine. We totally love Dr. Webb, and highly recommend him.

I have always been pleased with the care that my dogs receive from Dr. Webb and his staff. I was really impressed when my new neighbor had asked me who my vet was and I recommended Dr. Webb. I had told her that my experiences had been great at Pet Doctor. Her former vet suggested her dog be put to sleep because of a back problem, but now living in a new area she did not know where to take the dog. After seeing Dr. Webb, she was so appreciative and thankful because he prescribed the dog a medication that really helped the dog and her pet did not have to be put to sleep after all. Dr. Webb was knowledgeable enough to know there were other courses of treatment to try and she was so pleased to have her pet feeling well again. I'd also like to add that the staff is friendly and professional. They always show true concern and interest in my pets when I bring them in for a visit.

I've been bringing my dogs here for years and love it. I have friends and family who are vets and they all recommended that I go to Pet Doctor. When one of my dogs got parvo despite being vaccinated, they took great care of her and she made a quick and full recovery. They're also very reasonably priced and you can tell that they care about their patients.

I love this place! We took our 11 year old dog here, and they were very thourough in helping figure out what was wrong, and getting a quick solution. We also took my puppy here to get spayed and she has been having a great recovery, here sutures have been healing very well, and she has been doing great. The vet tech Dawn was awesome at making sure we knew everything we needed to know before we took both dogs and their medication home. She was also honest and it was obvious she cared for both of my babies well being.

Took our 6 year old dog to have her teeth cleaned. The price was good, and the staff communicated well with us before and immediately after the procedure. Her teeth were sparkling clean, and she was her normal perky, happy self upon pickup. The staff gave us a goodie bag with various dental treats to try, along with home care instructions to maintain her teeth and reduce the need for future deep dental cleanings.

All the staff at Pet Doctor was sympathetic and helpful when I contacted them about a stray dog that came up to my house two nights ago. The only relevant tag of the three on his well worn collar was his rabies tag from Pet Doctor. The staff pulled his records and left numerous voicemails and emails for the owner to contact me and finally today the owner called me. i truly appreciate the staff's assistance in trying to help "Ziggy" find his way back home!

Dr. Webb and the staff at Pet Doctor are fantastic! I have been taking my 3 dogs there for 4 years and the care they receive there is EXCELLENT! My little Zoey became terribly sick a year and I took her to another vet for an emergency visit. They prescribed medicine, ran tests, and when she didn't improve I took her back to that vet since they initially treated her condition. After another week I was frantic. I called Dr. Webb, they got me in immediately, and he could tell just by looking at her what her problem was. Tests confirmed his diagnosis and my sweet little girl hasn't had a moment of illness since. Not only are they caring and kind, but Dr. Webb is an excellent diagnostician. I will never entrust the care of my dogs to anyone else.

As I entered, there were three ladies working the front end, not one of them greeted us, I proceeded to let them know I had an apt for my dog and they said there must be a mistake we don't take apt on Thursdays. I proceeded to explain I received confirmation and made apt thru the Yelp app. They argued that they would not have confirmed that apt since they don't take apt on Thursday's. Obviously they did not want my service and at that point I didn't want theirs either, so we left. They did NOT call me or email me to let me know that my apt was not legit. How rude! Poor customer service! I'm thankful I found a better place for my dog.

Took my 1 year old puppy here to get vaccinations for the first time. Was very pleased! My first impression was that this place looked very clean. I was checked in promptly, and the waiting area is big and open which I liked. They had no problem helping me hold my dog while getting her nails clipped, and they gave her a heartworm test, 3 vaccinations and heartworm medication... After paying and leaving I realized I was in and out of there in 15 minutes! Couldn't believe it. I normally go to VCA but I'm getting tired of paying their ridiculously high fees and waiting over an hour to be seen on an appointment visit! I could tell that the vet assistant helping me wasn't trying to push any extra services on me either. Pet Doctor is my new place!

My family and I were blessed to find Dr. Keith Webb and AWESOME STAFF while working with Save A Lab Rescue. We fostered little Nessa and unfortunately she did not make it. The ENTIRE office was invested in her and us. We only had her for a few days but we were treated like family the first time we walked through the door! I have been going to Dr. Webb at Pet Doctor for 5 years. Pet Doctor was the first place that my dog Hershey visited when I rescued him from the pound. I have never gone to another vet since. Dr. Webb and his staff are always smiling and happy. Hershey is never nervous visiting every year for his shots and teeth cleaning. I have the utmost trust and faith that Hershey is getting the best care and is treated like family and not just an animal. Keep up the great work.

Dr. Webb has been our vet for 19 years. He took care of our 1st dog, Madison, all of her life for 16 1/2 years. 11 months ago, we got another puppy, Bailey. She is a Yorkie. We got her when she was 6 months old. Dr. Webb spayed her when she was about a year old.. The procedure went well, with no complications. He also gave her her yearly shots and heartworm medicine. We totally love Dr. Webb, and highly recommend him.

I have always been pleased with the care that my dogs receive from Dr. Webb and his staff. I was really impressed when my new neighbor had asked me who my vet was and I recommended Dr. Webb. I had told her that my experiences had been great at Pet Doctor. Her former vet suggested her dog be put to sleep because of a back problem, but now living in a new area she did not know where to take the dog. After seeing Dr. Webb, she was so appreciative and thankful because he prescribed the dog a medication that really helped the dog and her pet did not have to be put to sleep after all. Dr. Webb was knowledgeable enough to know there were other courses of treatment to try and she was so pleased to have her pet feeling well again. I'd also like to add that the staff is friendly and professional. They always show true concern and interest in my pets when I bring them in for a visit.

They have been an extension of our family caring for the needs of our dogs and never forgetting how much we love them. We appreciate thier love for our dogs and admire thier honesty and consideration they have shown us. Our dogs live a happy and healthy life because of all that they have done for them.
