Dr. Loftis and the whole staff are wonderful to our Golden, Macy. Macy can be a handful, but they treat her lovingly, as if she were theirs. Dr. Loftis is great and so affordable. Highly recommend!

Best and most compassionate staff and doctor I've ever experienced. They were extremely busy with the phone ringing nonstop and appointments walking in. The receptionist was very friendly and worked hard to get everyone helped in a timely manner. She even had staff, who were on lunch break, help her willingly. I was very impressed that all the techs and staff jumped in to help, even though they were on their lunch break. It just shows how much they really care about people's pets. The techs and doctor took time to pet and hug on my dog to put her at ease.

We just took our dog into the vet because our dog was sick, vomiting and runny stools. We met the doctor David Lotis for the first time and never even gave us a handshake. He came in asked questions and left. He insisted on x-rays and the blood test. We decided to do that and pay the money, but at the end of the day, they could not find anything and we had to pay 450 bucks. 450 bucks to let us know that they could not find anything. They just seemed to care about money and that's it. I would give a 1 star, but they seemed to do the tests correctly or so I think. Overall a waste of money.

Scheduled an appointment for ONLY a rabies shot and then they give ALL shots even though our dog just got them 3 weeks ago! Never will go there or refer anyone there because apparently they can't follow 1 simple instruction and then the vet will be rude and unapologetic about their mistake!

These people are WONDERFUL!!!!!!! Every vet in Rowlett through Rockwall was booked up, my own vet wouldn't even make room to see my Lilie Bug, even after calling everyday for 3 days. I called here and even though they didn't have an appointment available and were about to close, they told me to come on and bring Lilie in. They have no idea what a blessing they were to me and my old baby. She came home soooooo happy and feeling soooooooo much better. I can't thank the Doctor or staff enough, there are no words. We are changing vets and all 4 of our babies will be going here from this day forward. They are WELL WORTH THE DRIVE.....

I never thought I'd ever switch vets, I was very devoted to the one my pets saw in the Sachse area, even though the wait times there were very long.
A family member suggested I make an appointment with Dr Loftis for my Yorkie's shots and check up. Apparently Dr Loftis doesn't work on Wednesdays, and we saw a female vet, which worked out even better, since my boy is partial to females. The entire staff was wonderful. My Maxx was very anxious, but the two assistants cuddled him and treated him exactly how I do when he's scared. I was very impressed by everyone I met there. They obviously love animals. We just now got back from his dental cleaning, and I was a nervous wreck knowing he was going to be under anesthesia, but he's doing great, and went from having some seriously funky breath and lots of plaque and tarter, to bright white teeth and absolutely no stink to his breath! The only complaint I have, which isn't much of a complaint, is the prices are definitely higher than what I'm used to. Considering the convenience of the office location and not having to wait, I'd say that the price increase was worth it, and Maxx and I will be coming back to this vets office as long as we are living in Rockwall. Definitely 5 stars!

Best and most compassionate staff and doctor I've ever experienced. They were extremely busy with the phone ringing nonstop and appointments walking in. The receptionist was very friendly and worked hard to get everyone helped in a timely manner. She even had staff, who were on lunch break, help her willingly. We just took our dog into the vet because our dog was sick, vomiting and runny stools. We met the doctor David Lotis for the first time and never even gave us a handshake. I called here and even though they didn't have an appointment available and were about to close, they told me to come on and bring Lilie in. I never thought I'd ever switch vets, I was very devoted to the one my pets saw in the Sachse area, even though the wait times there were very long.
A family member suggested I make an appointment with Dr Loftis for my Yorkie's shots and check up. Apparently Dr Loftis doesn't work on Wednesdays, and we saw a female vet, which worked out even better, since my boy is partial to females. The entire staff was wonderful.
