I wish I could give Dr. Jehl and her Staff 6 dog paws instead of just the 5 listed above. We recently had to put down our 17 year old Shetland Sheep Dog. Dr. Jehl had treated her before and had brought her back from death's door literally. We had to put her down and I dreaded taking our dog in. She was incredibly compassionate, kind, not rushed and made sure I had plenty of time to grieve and explained what she was doing throughout the entire process. As hard as it was, Dr. Jehl's "bedside manner" was incredible.We will not have a dog for a while so we can mourn and travel a little. But, our next dog will Definitely be taken to Dr. Jehl. We've experienced many, many vets over our 35 years of living in Alamo Heights, but she is by far The Best. Professional. Experienced. Courteous staff. Friendly staff. Did I mention Professional? Simply The Best.

We absolutely LOVE Alamo Hills! We have two bullies that are brothers and can look a little intimidating to some people. They are the most gentle and loving dogs I have ever had. We where recommended by my sister who is friends with Dr. Jehl and has worked side by side with her in the past. The moment she met Kody and Gunner she was on the floor hugging and kissing them, no hesitation. We have been used and asked to purchase medicine and treatment that we did not need in the past from other veterinarians. Dr. Jehl knows her stuff and only recommends things that she feels are necessary! My dogs are my children and its feels so good to know she's always going to give them the best care possible. Any time she is booked we can still trust that all the Dr.'s in her clinic are just as skilled and passionate about animals! I highly recommend this veterinary clinic!!

We started visiting Alamo Hills Animal Hospital just over a year ago. I have numerous clients and friends who referred me to Alamo Hills. My dog Hope had seizures in back to back months and I wanted a second opinion. After a thorough examination and physical, Dr. Hagauer implemented a plan of action and gave me all of the answers and information I had been wanting. We just had our annual checkup last week with Dr. Hagauer and Hope has been seizure free for a year; nothing has slowed her down. My other dog, Allie, had her teeth cleaned in recent months - she's a poodle mix, notorious for bad breath. Allie and I have loved the results, and we had no issues with the procedure. Hope, Allie and I greatly appreciate the hard work, compassion, expertise, professionalism, and love that are exhibited by all of the staff at Alamo Hills. We can't thank you all enough!

We started coming to the Alamo Hills Animal Hospital after the vet I'd frequented since my childhood retired a few years ago. I really thought it would be a bittersweet transition. But, given the experience and results of some unplanned urgent care offered by Dr. Campbell, I must say I wish we'd started bringing our pup and kitty here sooner! Unfortunately our kitty has had a tough 2 years, but we couldn't ask for more thorough yet empathetic care than he received while he stayed twice at Alamo Hills under Dr. Campbell's care. She is decisive in determining the best care, yet thoughtful in her explanations - knowing and treating our kitty as a member of the family, not just a "pet." Equally so with our pup, but thankfully she's not had the health issues our kitty has presently. But even the routine vaccination visits, etc. are thorough and informative - more so than my family's previous vet (who we saw for over a 50 year timespan prior). Dr. Campbell is an amazing woman and very skilled veterinary physician . . . we owe her a debt of gratitude for saving our kitty - twice now! These words posted barely begin to convey our complete trust, gratitude and appreciation for Dr. Campbell and the entire group at Alamo Hills Animal Hospital.

We started coming to the Alamo Hills Animal Hospital after the vet I'd frequented since my childhood retired a few years ago. I really thought it would be a bittersweet transition. Recently, we had to put my family's old cat down due to unavoidable and sudden circumstances. Dr. Hagauer had been seeing Tabby for quite some time and was with us until the end. She was available last minute on a Friday afternoon for us. I can't thank Dr. Hagauer enough for her care and love- both towards Tabby and my family. Dr Jehl is wonderful. We've taken our dogs there for almost 3 years and she's gone above and beyond to make them better. After one dog passed away abruptly from an uncommon and confusing condition, she followed up and sent us tons of information to help us understand the disease. Her staff arranged for the cremation and was incredibly kind and sensitive when it mattered most. It's apparent she and her staff have a genuine love for animals!

2 years ago, a good friend of mine referred me to Alamo Hills after a month long battle of trying to care for my 14 year old schnauzer. Much to my delight, one of the vet's was Dr. Jehl . I've met her years ago and she helped us with our Phoebe. Dr Jehl once again helped us out with Dexter who we thought was going to doggie heaven 2 years ago. The care that you'll receive at Alamo hills is very pet centered and holistic. Personal touches like a follow up call, med brown bags that has your pet's name scribbled and return calls from the veterinarians make this clinic feel like "home". I trust Alamo Hills and will always be grateful to them. 2 paws up say my pups!

We absolutely LOVE Alamo Hills! We have two bullies that are brothers and can look a little intimidating to some people. They are the most gentle and loving dogs I have ever had. We where recommended by my sister who is friends with Dr. Jehl and has worked side by side with her in the past. The moment she met Kody and Gunner she was on the floor hugging and kissing them, no hesitation. We have been used and asked to purchase medicine and treatment that we did not need in the past from other veterinarians. Dr. Jehl knows her stuff and only recommends things that she feels are necessary! My dogs are my children and its feels so good to know she's always going to give them the best care possible. Any time she is booked we can still trust that all the Dr.'s in her clinic are just as skilled and passionate about animals! I highly recommend this veterinary clinic!!

We started visiting Alamo Hills Animal Hospital just over a year ago. I have numerous clients and friends who referred me to Alamo Hills. My dog Hope had seizures in back to back months and I wanted a second opinion. After a thorough examination and physical, Dr. Hagauer implemented a plan of action and gave me all of the answers and information I had been wanting. We just had our annual checkup last week with Dr. Hagauer and Hope has been seizure free for a year; nothing has slowed her down. My other dog, Allie, had her teeth cleaned in recent months - she's a poodle mix, notorious for bad breath. Allie and I have loved the results, and we had no issues with the procedure. Hope, Allie and I greatly appreciate the hard work, compassion, expertise, professionalism, and love that are exhibited by all of the staff at Alamo Hills. We can't thank you all enough!

We started coming to the Alamo Hills Animal Hospital after the vet I'd frequented since my childhood retired a few years ago. I really thought it would be a bittersweet transition. But, given the experience and results of some unplanned urgent care offered by Dr. Campbell, I must say I wish we'd started bringing our pup and kitty here sooner! Unfortunately our kitty has had a tough 2 years, but we couldn't ask for more thorough yet empathetic care than he received while he stayed twice at Alamo Hills under Dr. Campbell's care. She is decisive in determining the best care, yet thoughtful in her explanations - knowing and treating our kitty as a member of the family, not just a "pet." Equally so with our pup, but thankfully she's not had the health issues our kitty has presently. But even the routine vaccination visits, etc. are thorough and informative - more so than my family's previous vet (who we saw for over a 50 year timespan prior). Dr. Campbell is an amazing woman and very skilled veterinary physician . . . we owe her a debt of gratitude for saving our kitty - twice now! These words posted barely begin to convey our complete trust, gratitude and appreciation for Dr. Campbell and the entire group at Alamo Hills Animal Hospital.

We started coming to the Alamo Hills Animal Hospital after the vet I'd frequented since my childhood retired a few years ago. I really thought it would be a bittersweet transition. Recently, we had to put my family's old cat down due to unavoidable and sudden circumstances. Dr. Hagauer had been seeing Tabby for quite some time and was with us until the end. She was available last minute on a Friday afternoon for us. I can't thank Dr. Hagauer enough for her care and love- both towards Tabby and my family. Dr Jehl is wonderful. We've taken our dogs there for almost 3 years and she's gone above and beyond to make them better. After one dog passed away abruptly from an uncommon and confusing condition, she followed up and sent us tons of information to help us understand the disease. Her staff arranged for the cremation and was incredibly kind and sensitive when it mattered most. It's apparent she and her staff have a genuine love for animals!

2 years ago, a good friend of mine referred me to Alamo Hills after a month long battle of trying to care for my 14 year old schnauzer. Much to my delight, one of the vet's was Dr. Jehl . I've met her years ago and she helped us with our Phoebe. Dr Jehl once again helped us out with Dexter who we thought was going to doggie heaven 2 years ago. The care that you'll receive at Alamo hills is very pet centered and holistic. Personal touches like a follow up call, med brown bags that has your pet's name scribbled and return calls from the veterinarians make this clinic feel like "home". I trust Alamo Hills and will always be grateful to them. 2 paws up say my pups!
