Wonderful! Dr. Dale (first name) was wonderful. He was super busy, but he took the time to answer a lot of our questions even though we did a drop off appointment for our fur baby. Everyone is super friendly and seem VERY caring for the animals. This is the only vet office we will go to now. They are wonderful. We’ve seen 2 or 3 different vets there, and they’ve all been great. SUPER unimpressed, they tried to talk me into all sorts of UNNECESSARY surgeries, and tests for my perfectly healthy dog. Worst sevice. 3 oclock appointment (arrived early) turned into a 40 minute wait for the vet, a 10 minute consult and another 30 minute ans counting wait for them to print an estimate because they can't freaking email it? Seriously? And not one apology for a 40 minute wait after them setting the appointment time? No respect for customers time. Before i tell you about my experience, i want to say that my dogs are very picky with their Vets and groomers. This close to 5-star Veterinary Hospital lived up to its standards. We had an appointment at 3pm, but we got there a bit late and we were still seen on time. It was our very first visit and it was very clean, and I loved that they had a section of food and vitamins for dogs. We were in and out very quickly and Dr. Guerra was kind but to the point. She didn't waste time to tell us what was wrong with our Theddy and we were out the door. We have found our Vet! Thank you for everything! Read Less

I have two dogs, a yorkie and a maltipoo. Each time I have taken them to Babcock North Vet it has been a very pleasant experience! I am very picky about who takes care of my dogs as I'm sure many of you are, and I would recommend this vet time and time again! They have a few different doctors that work there and all of them I have encountered are awesome! I have been taking my dog here for the past 4 years. She has been seen by several of the doctors here for different reasons but for for over a year Dr. Guerra has been treating my dog solely. She also performed 2 surgeries on her 3 years ago. Every veterinarian has been attentive and very compassionate. For the past 2 days my dogs condition went from bad to worse and since Dr. Guerra is out of town, Dr. Lane preformed the euthanasia. We had to bring our 17 year old cat here to be put down. The staff showed us nothing but kindness, respect and week later we received an unexpected sympathy card from your facility. Thank you so much for everything. You truly do care about your animals and their families. compassion and I can't thank them enough for that. I wish I knew the doctors name that assisted us with our cat but he was very patient and explained to us what to expect during the euthanasia procedure, thankfully our cat went peacefully. The staff held our baby's body overnight until we came back the next morning to pick him up for cremation. A week later we received an unexpected sympathy card from your facility. Thank you so much. Horrible. Took my pet there twice told them all the symptoms even the vet noticed symtoms I didn't and yet after 300$ later my boyfriend is the one to figure out she has round worm. Simple and common I really wonder how something like that could be missed with 2 fecal test and a degree in the veterinary field. Will not be bringing my buisness back because not all but ALOT of these people obviously didn't pay attention in school. Read Less
