My experience at Dr Suzie Pet Hospital was very humble and not like any other clinics I have been to in the past. The staff takes the time to make sure you understand all procedures and provides estimates even when I forget to ask. Everyone is so polite and friendly. I hardly ever have to wait in the waiting room before my appointment. They automatically get you into a room if it's available. The clinic smells amazing and nothing like a pet hospital like other clinics. Dr. Suzie is humble, and really cares about my dogs needs and mine as an owner. I can really appreciate a doctor who will take the time to discuss all my concerns without having to look at a clock. We are very pleased & thrilled to have not only a stellar veterinarian but a humble individual.The team was very courteous and professional, very patient to thouroughly explain options and treatments for our 16wk german shepherd dog. The experience was quickly welcoming and completely dedicated to providing the love and best possible "positive" quality care for our german shepherd. Been going to Dr Suzie for a few years now with my old dog and our new puppy.. Very Fair, Very Caring. Worth a little drive for me! Also the Grooming is good there! Not a 4star hotel but the peoples bathroom is very clean! Lol. After all they are animals. Woops Did I say that. They are our babies and she takes good care of them. Staff is Great too! Read Less

We love this office. My husband and I have to travel some and miss this clinic when we are on the road. You get a personal touch for sure. She's had a lot of the same staff for years which says something. Very caring and compassionate staff. They will get you in asap anytime you call. Treat you like family. We have lived at Canyon Lake for nearly 2 years and have been using Dr. Suzie as our vet and for grooming services for our dog, Janie, for the entire time.  We have also used their boarding services several times. They always remember our dog by name when we call and Dr. Suzie has always been generous with her time and answered any questions we had.  This is the only place we've taken her for shots or grooming that she didn't seem to be scared out of her wits.  She has long, thick fur and they have done a good job of keeping her presentable for a lot less than we were paying at Pet Smart.  (We had to drag her into Pet Smart  but she walks in to Dr. Suzie's like she owns the place!).   She has always received the best of care and the staff have been more than happy to have us call in and check on our dog when we are traveling.  As far as the cost, I didn't find this vet to be any more expensive than any other vet we've used.
