I recently started taking my pupp here. The staff are very friendly and the doctor is very thorough. It seems to be the same staff each time we go and they are very engaged with the pet owners. It's a good place the only minor bad things are the limited parking and the small waiting area. This is important to me because I have a 100 lb dog and he gets anxious going to the doctor as do most dogs. Overall, it's a good place and fair in price as well.

My 16 year old Blue Heeler and Basset Hound mix passed away 243 days ago. The staff at Guilbeau Station Animal Hospital were very caring, understanding and professional. I had to bring her in every day for a week for fluids because she wasn't drinking. They found every way possible to keep the cost as low as they could. My daughter brings her cat there and I recently rescued a dog and will bring her there as well. Highly recommended!

Dr. Henry told me he would spay a stray cat I was having problems with having kittens in my flower bed. For a year I waited for her to wean kittens and spent most of that time trying to trap her. I finally did the week before Christmas and took her in. I reminded the front desk that the Dr. had said half price which would have been $100. Plus a rabies shot. When I returned, the bill was $300. I was devastated that I couldn't afford it and it ruined having any Christmas. I was just trying to stop the stray population in our neighborhood. I am cancelling my dogs appt. in January cause i can't afford to take him now. We are on social security. I felt lied to and feel like I was ripped off. Won't recommend them to anyone or take my dog there!

For over 20 years Dr Henry and his superb staff took care of my cats. HAD it not been for him I wouldn't have had my beloved Gidget for over 20 years. THEY took care of her with dignity and live that entire time. Even after moving from San Antonio I would still call for advice and it was never refused. God Bless them all for the loving care they provide.

I called at 10:30 am to try to get an appointment for daughter cat that has an eye infection. I was informed by receptionist that the vet was busy and wouldn't be there past 12 on Thursdays but I could set an appointment for sometime next week to be seen but was reminded of the 12 o'clock rule on Thursdays regarding appointments. Well I know not to ever try to use this place. They haven't changed the name on their business sign after changing names of business . Should have paid attention to it and treated like a red flag

Began taking my pets here in 1988. The vets and staff are wonderful with dogs and cats, and people too! I've never had problems with scheduling, and I trust them implicitly.

Short wait, decent price, and more importantly they treated my cat and I like they actually cared, unlike most vets who just want to hurry on to the next patient. I adored how loving and calm they were towards my cat; it helped her not to be so scared. These are good, genuine people that actually care about your pet. Wouldn't go anywhere else.

Dr. Henry and his staff are amazing. He saved my 10 year old cat's life. Dr. Henry took a very sick cat (who had dropped from 13 pounds to 6 pounds, while another vet at a different place was trying to figure it out) and skillfully diagnosed histoplasmosis. Shadow wouldn't be here today without Dr. Henry. One dedicated, hard working vet....will the knowledge and skills to assess and treat the most complicated situations. Thank you!!!!!

I recently started taking my pupp here. The staff are very friendly and the doctor is very thorough. It seems to be the same staff each time we go and they are very engaged with the pet owners. It's a good place the only minor bad things are the limited parking and the small waiting area. This is important to me because I have a 100 lb dog and he gets anxious going to the doctor as do most dogs. Overall, it's a good place and fair in price as well.

Short wait, decent price, and more importantly they treated my cat and I like they actually cared, unlike most vets who just want to hurry on to the next patient. I adored how loving and calm they were towards my cat; it helped her not to be so scared. These are good, genuine people that actually care about your pet. Wouldn't go anywhere else.
