I found a hurt feral kitty a few months ago and rushed him here since it was the closest vet. Dr. Hill was so very kind and did everything she could to save him but because he'd been hit by a car, he unfortunately didn't make it. The entire office was so friendly and so kind to me, I decided to bring my own kitty here for a check-up! The regular vet I'd been seeing for years had a change in staff and environment kinda seeming to put profit over petcare. Everything here exceeded my expectations! Dr. Hill again was so friendly, so kind, the front desk staff were talkative and socialable and made me and my kitty feel really welcome. I'm definitely taking all my kitties here from now on! Just wanted to say by far this is the very best veterinary office that I have been to in a very long time. My dog oso had a hematoma and ear infection in his ear. I was given options on procedures that we could do in order to treat his ear. The care was welcoming and staff is warm. I even locked my dog in my car with ac and music going . They were kind enough to let me use there phones to call my husband. And use a back office to breastfeed my baby while waiting for someone to unlock my car. They also not more then 3 weeks after my dogs appointments. I was back to have them check out my cat fester who got hurt on while roaming the streets at night. Once again the care was welcoming staff was warm. And most importantly cost was very reasonable. Doc is conservative when it comes to treatment. She is able to tell you how to take care of your animals needs in a way you can understand and feel comfortable doing so. We will definitely be keeping her and staff for our fur babies for future care.Read Less

Have been taking my babies here since we adopted them (almost two years now). Everyone is always friendly, helpful and make every effort to be as accommodating as possible. The vet techs are cheerful and the vets are professional and knowledgeable. More than anything, I trust the people to take care of my pets (family!) and do what's best for them even when I'm not around to supervise. My Chocalate Lab (B Boy) was diagnosed with Heart Worms last year which devastated me. Dr Hill gave me 3 options to choose from and recommended the most evasive alternative of pumping him full of Arsenic to kill the heart worms in 2 months. I took her advice and the Arsenic treatment was given. He was touch & go for the 1st 48 hrs after having this poison pumped into his body. For the next 2 months he had to make weekly check ups and most importantly not get excited. Her staff was Phenomenal and treated B Boy & myself Professionally with each visit. To this day he actually Loves & gets excited with every visit we make. Dr Hill & her staff are Great and caring people who not only Love there job but care about your pet. Dr. Hill and her staff provided superb & compassionate care for our Baby Sue, my mom's dog that my husband and I loved for 4 years after my mom's death in 2011. We continued to take Baby Sue to Dr. Hill following my mom's passing as Dr. Hill was the only Vet that Baby Sue had ever known. At the end of Baby Sue's life Dr. Hill and her entire staff were all wonderful with the tender, loving & compassionate care that they provided for Baby Sue. Slightly pricey but the location is convenient to my residence. I've wondered how much cheaper another vet would be but haven't looked into it. KAH offers pet boarding which is also very convenient. They offer Saturday appointments. You can tell the staff love their jobs. The vet is extremely experienced. She takes her time. Very nice personality. Read Less

rip off vet told me my dog was vomiting because she was old- hello vomiting is not normal at any age- then prescribes the wrong medication- just sur real- acted as if i was putting them out- all they care about is the money- go elsewhere if you care about your pet Read Less
