Twice, I've made the mistake of taking my dog here and twice, my dog has not been given any kind of actual treatment for her ails. Each time, my dog has been taken in the back for examination, yet the vets can't seem to answer the most basic questions. Their only concern is the dollar amount to charge for what I view as nothing less than theft of service. I should be permitted to accompany my dog and to speak directly to the vet while my dog is being examined, and to make sure the shots I've been paying for are being administered. I would not put it past these people to withhold my dogs antibiotic shot, charge for it, and hope that her condition worsens so it becomes imperative that she receives surgery, which in my opinion, can be avoided if the vet considers the patient and customer first and foremost, and not the challenges of making it worth their while to attend to my dog in a compassionate manner, or at all for that matter. The estimate was $2,000.00. The initial exam cost $450.00!!! This unbeleivable amount was not conveyed to me prior to the exam, only after, and due to their new client forms forceful, contractual terms, you must agree to the unknown in advance and without any prior knowledge of the ensuing hustle and shakedown. I've met Street hustlers and drug dealers that have more integrity, and at the end of the day, that's all these people are. Only with the addition of a degree. They also made me pay for an additional rabies shot that my dog did not need as her spay was last December 2021. On top of an urgent visit charge, my first visit cost over $600.00, yet, my beautiful dog has not been given anything to help her situation that I can attest to, and my dogs health is indicative of not being treated at all. The $450.00 exam fee is a joke and these people should be ashamed of themselves, but they're not. The day of my dogs first visit, I also had a medical exam at a medical doctors practice that required that I give blood, etc. My total exam cost $160.00. My test also checked for cancer, but apparently, $450.00 for a 17lb canine does not afford blood work that checks for cancer. On both occasions, I've asked them to check her lungs because she's got some kind of cough or an allergy or something. Of course, after their supposed exam in private, they have no idea what I'm talking about, but foolishly attempt to lie about it and pretend that they've exercised their due diligence, so everything is meant to be presumed fine. Like I said previously,, I've met street hustlers and drug dealers in the past that had more class and wasn't impressed by them either. They're all the same. At least in the past, my interactions left me with something to show for it. I regret ever spending one dime with these crooked people, and more importantly, I'm disappointed in myself for jeopardizing my dogs health by taking her to this junkyard vet, TWICE!. I would be extremely cautious when dealing with these people, if for any reason you have no choice otherwise. My dog is a huge part of my life, and these people have underestimated that aspect of it BECAUSE THEY SIMPLY DO NOT CARE. And unfortunately, that will never change because this is what they were taught at the University. To separate themselves from the rest of us psychologically and suppress all emotions that are invoked by human decency and compassion. AKA, learning to be soulless and evil while motivated by ego and money. The leverage used for monetary gain at another's expense is the name of the game and not a single consideration for the greater good. All I can say to that is, I wouldn't step foot in this place again if I had to shit a macho burrito, which is coincidentally the equivalent to the rating I give for this horrible place and the experience they've provided that nobody should have to endure as a paying customer. Enjoy the macho burrito scumbags! You've earned it! Read Less
