Everyone is super nice, and the Veterinarians will walk you through every and any procedure they will do on your precious pet(s) in detail. My cat needed a dental cleaning and her shots re-newed. The vet that was going to be operating on her for her dental exam told me exactly what was wrong with her teeth and made me aware of anything and everything that could happen during and after the procedure. After the exam, getting her blood work taken for the dental procedure, and her shots were taken she was scheduled for her dental cleaning the next week. (The shots were expensive). The day of the procedure I dropped her off at 7:30 AM and they told me she should be done around 2-4 PM and they would call me to pick her up. They called me when she was awake from anesthesia told me exactly what happened during the procedure and to pick her up. I went to pick her up and they gave me detailed instructions for her medication, what to watch for, and to call them if I had any questions or concerns. It was very expensive due to a lot of her teeth having to be extracted, but they took real great care of my baby and she feels so much better now that she doesn't have those really bad teeth in her mouth.! Vet is nice but everything is very expensive at this facility and customer service is poor. We have been there 3 times and upon the most recent appointment which I had written down for 4:20, they called at 4:17 while we were on our way to tell me I was late. I said my appointment was at 4:20 so how could that be and she said no it was at 4:10. No way to know who was wrong, maybe I misheard the time but regardless, calling a customer 7 minutes after the appointment time to tell them they are late is a ridiculous. Then I asked her if I should continue to come or not (I had already sedated my cat for the trip as she gets very car sick) and she told me to continue to come in. Once we arrive she tells me that I can have a seat and it would be awhile as they would "try" to work my cat in. What?!? Yes they cancelled my appointment. Well I didn't stay and wait, we went home as there are plenty of vets out there that will appreciate my business more and take better care of my cat who was sedated specifically for this trip and had already gotten car sick twice on the way there (only 5 miles). I have never been treated like that at a vet office. Personally I do not recommend this clinic, they have very poor customer service and are very expensive as well. I had become a regular customer who had spent over $1,000 at their clinic over the last 3 months but they will no longer be receiving any business from me. Read Less

Pet Medical Center is a very nice full-service veterinary care facility. We've been taking our dogs there for about eight years now, and we've been very impressed with the level of care they have received. In addition to standard boarding in a cage, Pet Medical Center offers "suite" boarding: a small private room with a bed and a TV. There's a web cam so you can look in on your pet, and you can even call the speakerphone in the room so your pet can hear your voice. Your pet also gets private potty time in the yard twice a day on the suite plan. We have an older pet, so we really like having this level of service available. Read Less

Dr. Weeks and his staff really, truly care about animals. The place is always spotless, the staff is thorough and efficient. I have no trouble getting appointments, often on the same day. Dr. Weeks is so attentive and gentle with my dog, willing to listen to my questions and concerns as a pet owner, and always careful to explain my dog's symptoms/ailments and describe carefully any medicine or procedure prescribed. I live almost an hour away, and there are vets closer to where I live--and less expensive--but to me it's worth the time and money to go to Pet Medical Center. I trust them with my dog. Read Less

When we got our first puppy, we were new puppy parents and had so many questions and everyone at Pet Medical Center was so patient and helpful. Recently, we took our female dog to get spayed and they called the night before to remind us and called after her procedure to check on her. You can truly tell that Dr. Weeks and his staff have a passion for animals. Highly recommend them. Read Less

Took my Chihuahua for the first time for an exam and blood work. My dog was extremely scared and nervous, don't know who the assistant was but she wreaked smoke and as she was holding my 6lb dog, the dog tried to get away from her, then she grabbed my dog by the back of her neck and slammed her on the table, after witnessing this act I would NOT trust my dog or any animal in her care, otherwise Dr. Weeks was professional and did show concern for my dog, unfortunately I will NOT be returning.

Read Less
