Just took my 10 year old in for his yearly shots and to get heart worm prevention. This was our first time seeing a vet after we moved to San Antonio from Alabama and we couldn’t have picked a better place to go. Chance has never really enjoyed going to the vet and this was no exception but the staff there is fantastic, everyone was very pleasant and seemed knowledgeable. Facilities are nice and clean. Dr. Leland does a wonderful job. I would definitely recommend them to anyone in need of a vet.

Dr. Leland and his staff are very warm and friendly. The prices are reasonable. My appointment wait time has always been minimal. The enviroment is always clean and professional. I appreciate how Dr. Leland takes the time to explain treatments and medications thoroughly so I can walk out confident in knowing how I am suppose to take care of my dog. The girls working the front desk are always welcoming and helpful whenever I call. If you are looking for a clinic that truly has you and your pet's best interest in mind, I highly recommend Pet Vaccination Clinic.

No complaints in regards to Dr. Leland and his wife, but the ladies at the front desk barely know how to answer any of my questions, are rude, and scheduled my dogs appointment when the office is closed. I don't understand how this could happen since they should know the hours of their own work place. I showed up for one of my appointments scheduled for 10:30 am & and apparently the office was closed for a funeral. I had called the day before around 4:00 pm to schedule this and was NOT informed that the office would be closed at the time of my appointment. How does this even happen? Scheduling should be one of the easiest things to do. It is a headache, because I drive 40 minutes to visit Dr. Leland & that turned out to be a complete waste of time. I won't be coming back.

Dr. Stan Leland and his crew are the best! Ok, I'm a new parent to a beautiful husky, so, I took my baby to get updated with all shots needed. Dr. Leland explains every shot given, every question I asked was answered by either him or his staff. Their laid back attitude, yet, attentive, is a perfect combination that makes me at ease. The walls to the lobby have these awesome photos of old San Antonio. The floors are always clean and there's ample space to move around with you and your buddy. Yup, the drive from northside to Southside is worth it. The whole atmospheric vibe is that this crew is in it for the critters well being. Don't expect anything fancy and cumbersome. Dr. Leland and his crew keep it simple and easy. And that's why I keep coming back.

I normally take my dogs to this vet but today when my dog became ill the previous evening, I rushed to this vet only to be asked by the very rude and unprofessional woman, Rena, " Did I have an appointment?" "Um, no, my dog just started feeling sick last night so no." "Well, we have a lot of appointments today" and then she kept going on and on about how they have a lot of appointments. I said my dog is sick and needs help now!" Her reply "well if you just let me talk, we have lots of appointments."So if you ever need have an emergency, DO NOT come here because you will be asked if you have an appointment.Also note that the clinic was empty so I don't know where all these appointments were.I would have appreciated if she would have been more compassionate and understanding and said we can't see your dog without an appointment but since this is emergency I suggest going to this place.But to be so rude and cold when someone is worried about their dog is unacceptable.We ended up going to VCA Mission Animal Hospital and the vet and staff were wonderful and compassionate.

Customer service here is so awesome. The vet techs and receptionists listen and ask questions until they really understand what I am asking and then they always take the time to find the answer if they don't know it off-hand. Dr. Stan lets us know if our dog need something that is beyond the capacity of the clinic. And, they are always willing to answer our basic helicopter-parent questions over the phone without having to spend time and money on an appointment!

I am extremely happy with the service I received for my puppy! The staff was very friendly and helpful, and the doctor was very nice to our puppy. We were a walk in, and surprisingly there was no wait at all, and we were in and out in less than 30 minutes. We just took our dog to get his first set of shots, and to chip him and the prices were very reasonable. I will definitely be back for future visits for him and future pets!

Just took my 10 year old in for his yearly shots and to get heart worm prevention. This was our first time seeing a vet after we moved to San Antonio from Alabama and we couldn’t have picked a better place to go. Chance has never really enjoyed going to the vet and this was no exception but the staff there is fantastic, everyone was very pleasant and seemed knowledgeable. Facilities are nice and clean. Dr. Leland does a wonderful job. I would definitely recommend them to anyone in need of a vet.

No complaints in regards to Dr. Leland and his wife, but the ladies at the front desk barely know how to answer any of my questions, are rude, and scheduled my dogs appointment when the office is closed. I don't understand how this could happen since they should know the hours of their own work place. I am extremely happy with the service I received for my puppy! The staff was very friendly and helpful, and the doctor was very nice to our puppy. We were a walk in, and surprisingly there was no wait at all, and we were in and out in less than 30 minutes. We just took our dog to get his first set of shots, and to chip him and the prices were very reasonable. I will definitely be back for future visits for him and future pets!
