Dear Dr. Pappas, Words cannot begin to express the gratitude that my husband and I feel for all that you have done for our cat. Our ordeal began on the Morning of January 16th, when our cat started to experience a health problem, We immediately took her to the Pets First Clinic, that was by far the greatest thing that you could have ever done for us. From that moment on, you took care of Cleopatra, we were so appreciated for every step you did. As you know, for us English is a second language. And as such, it requires more concentration to comprehend and to communicate. With the shock and stress of the situation, it often became harder for us to follow along. You were never impatient with us. When we didnt understand, you simply explained it again and again an even talked to our son and you found the time and the energy to explain everything to him as well. to be sure that we understood properly the situation with our cat. While she stated at the hospital you always informed us about her conditions and changes. From your first words then, we felt comfortable in your hands, and we felt trust in you. Then and now, we cherish your knowledge, your wisdom and your expertise. We value your decisiveness, your ability to take charge and act quickly. And we are in awe of your patience in relaying complex medical information to the tired, worried and anxious families. In every step of your care, you show tremendous attention to detail, demonstrating over and over again your human touch behind the medicine. Upon discharge, the hospital you called every day to check on how Cleopatra is doing. For all the good that you bring to others, may you be blessed with only goodness in return. With tremendous appreciation, Ida and YuriRead Less
