I wish I could give Zero stars. My dog broke his ankle after rushing out the gate and getting hit by a car. I took my dog here as it was in my neighborhood. They carried my dog off the car and after that made him walk to wherever they needed him to go. His back right ankle had a clean fracture and was hanging by his skin, just to paint a picture. After getting approved for a line of credit through Credit Care, they still denied doing the required surgery because I didn’t have $1,100 upfront. No offer of extended payment was on the table even tho I had more than 50% of payment required. They did not stabilize my dogs foot with a splint or wrap or anything. Simply sent me out the door with pain pills for him. Next day, I found a amazing clinic that was willing to take what I had to offer, which is about $1000 now after finding help from family members (had the clinic just said ‘okay’, they could have had their payment the next day) and are willing to work the rest out with me AFTER ENSURING MY DOG IS HEALTH IS THEIR PRIORITY! Which was not the priority of Pleasanton Rd Vet. This clinic denied sending over any X-rays that the new vet was requesting and asking I pay additional money to obtain them and needed to bring them back. Let me remind you, I paid for the X-rays and total visit for this place the day before. What a rip off. The new clinic i chose offered to waive the X-rays being redone in their clinic due to this place being so ridiculous in denying sending them over. They only cared about my money and proceeded to tell me I had an attitude. I will never ever recommend this place to any animal lover. Save your money and find somewhere more professional and compassionate for your pet! Read Less

I took in my 5 day old boar goat. She was having trouble standing and breathing due to her lack of calustrum from her birth mother that rejected her at birth. I was already aware of her weight & that she was having diahrea. I was hoping they could help us out quick especially because we arrived at 8am. We waited 30 min while my goat cried in pain and we were skipped by a dog that arrived after us in the next room. They did a fecal exam that showed negative. Doctor came in and was so sarcastic and told me everything I already new that she was under weight and didn't look good. Sent me home with antibiotic and gave have her liquids because I asked him to because she was dehydrated. I thought the doctor had no personality and was not educated in his craft. It seemed he lost all interest in vetenarian and is only there for the pay check! We were sent home with antibiotics just like the clients next door to us with the dog!
