Always have a great experience with Dr. Proctor and Dr. Sheryl. Very knowledgeable staff. Our family has been with them for at least 10 years and have always been happy with them. Even when we had to make the difficult decision to put down 2 of our dogs they were right there giving us information and at the same time being very sympathetic to our situation. I honestly think I wouldn't have been able to handle it had I been at another clinic. I highly recommend them!

The wife and I have taken our dog to the Rigsby Veterinary Clinic a few times and for the most part our experience has been pleasant each time. They could do a better job at being a little more thorough and reading through the notes regarding our dogs history before suggesting a recommend treatment. We had to explain our pets history to them, something that they should've known from their notes and past visits. Asides from that, they did a great job at clipping our dogs nails. They also have a little area in the back for your dog to do his business. All in all a good place to take your pet, and I would recommend the Rigsby Veterinary Clinic.

I took my Pitty Azia, there not knowing what was going on with her. From the time I arrived I was given the attention I was hoping for at the time I had no idea what was going on with my pitty Azia but I was so emotionally hurt of possibly losing her broke my heart. Check -In was pleasant when speaking to the ladies at the counter Mirna O., Ronnie S., Connie...soo many to name but I can't forget Nancy her immediate attention on my pitty kept me speechless. Dr. Luke Proctor was quick to try and find out the cause and did everything he possibly could. Dr. Luke Proctor was very attentive and detailed of the test and medication to keep my pitty living. The attention that I was given of comfort that Azia was in good hands I could only pray �������� that she gets better. Well after a few days results came back from a poising and they tried everything they could to possibly reverse it. It definitely hurt and broke my heart ❤️ when I received the news after a week of antibiotics and fluids. Had no choice but was the hardest decision In my life to lay her down so she doesn't go through this pain any more. She wouldn't eat for days and vomited liquid fluids. Even from the personalized card I received post mail it emotionally touched me of the caring people that all work at Rigsby Veterinarian office and it made me get emotional you will forever be my family. They even took care of the arrangements of the " All Paws " pet crematory. Which I was great full for. My Azia will never be forgotten she will be in my heart ❤️ always.Thank you for every thing Rigsby Veternarin clinic!I commend you ALL of all the long hours and work you all do for our furry friends.

We have been with the Rigsby staff for several years and I can't begin to say how wonderful they have been. When we had to make the heart breaking decision almost 4 years ago to say goodbye to our Tankers they were so incredibly compassionate. They gave us all the time we needed to be with him before and after. I was surprised again by receiving a card in the mail a few days later. They now take care of our two rescue babies and everyone there is so kind and understanding. We have to make quite a drive to their office from where we live but I can't imagine taking my fur babies anywhere else.

So far, unimpressed with office staff. They charge to call in prescriptions so the pharmacy faxed an order to them for my dogs phenobarbitol.Then called to tell me he couldn't have his medication because his last name was different from mine. I fixed that. He still doesn't have medication (day 3) and has had 2 seizures. After the test for levels (85.00) and office call (36.00), new pet patient fee (55.00) and (5.00) fee to call in my dogs pills that he STILL doesn't have, it's a mystery how she keeps her job! Beware, this place is pricey and inefficient.

I scheduled a appointment and Mrs. Rachel had me a appointment a week later (they were booked) not only did they nurture my lovely cat but it was only 75$! For rabies and nurture and a flea shot? Can you honestly beat that? I would 100% recommend this for anyone who is looking for quick and reliable pet care. I dropped him off at 7:50 and picked him up at 3. And another plus is that they don't try and swindle you into getting things you don't need, witch is awesome. Polite staff as well. Answered every time I called, Even to check up on him. You do need a cone after nurturing or spaying you animal. Just ask. 10/10 will go back

My dog needed to be seen for a fecal test due to worms in stool. They were able to give me same day appt. ( something I couldn't find anywhere else) plus VERY reasonable pricing. Rigsby Veterinary Clinic is the only vet clinic that I will ever take my pets to. The staff is always very helpful with any questions I may have and provides all around great customer service. I'm lucky to have Dr. Sheryl Proctor as my vet. She goes out of her way to make sure that my dog and cat are healthy. She is also very informative and takes the time to make sure that I fully understand what is going on. I know that my beloved pets are getting the best possible care when I take them here. The prices are also very affordable.

I've been to many veterinary clinics, and I must say Rigsby Veterinary is by far the best. I have all 4 of my dogs here, and most recently my youngest dog gave birth here. I had no idea my dog, Nova, was pregnant. I called Rigsby Clinic as soon as I saw her giving birth, and Myrna, who is the best receptionist ever, told me to go ahead and bring her in since she was so small. Turns out Nova needed a c section. I am a young college student, so you can imagine my finances. The operation was expensive, of course not as much as other clinics, but it was pricey for me. I immediately started crying because I did not want my poor Nova to go through any hardship during labor. Doctor came in and said he can do the operation for a lower price that was in my price range. I was in shock. This place cares about your pet, not your money, which is so amazing. They treat you like family and they truly care. I was so grateful I have the staff a hug and thanked them so much for lowering the price, staying 3 hours later to do the operation, and even giving me some milk and a syringe to feed the puppies if there was any trouble. By far the greatest vet clinic I have ever been to. Great customer service, great prices, amazing staff, and just by far great with your pets. I will continue to recommend Rigsby Vet Clinic to everyone I know!

Terrible place!!! Will never be back. Our appointment was at 2pm. At 330 we left without having anything done. From the beginning the receptionist complained she was alone and had no help. Floor was dirty with different areas of dried urine. Tech had dirty fingernails and bad breath!! He used thermometer with no probe covers then washed it in sink inbetween dogs using his fingers to "scrub" it. They wanted to take my dogs in back to draw blood and then wanted to draw blood from their neck! Everywhere I have been its forefoot. The final straw was when doctor would not let me comfort my dog as he was going to exam him. He wanted smelly dirty fingernail guy to hold him. No sir!!! I left with all 3 dogs. That is not the quality of care I want for my babies. Im only giving one star because its Christmas time and Im feeling grateful but truly they deserve no stars!!!!

I have never had a vet that goes to such great lengths to ensure my furbabies are healthy and happy. I have experienced having to put down two of my oldies and the staff was so helpful and genuine. I have also had a couple emergencies, one today, that requires immediate attention but the office was closing up. Dr. Proctor took care of her immediately and got her into surgery. They have always have reasonable prices and different options for care. Thank you guys!

The wait time was pretty long but that's to be expected for a walk in. My dogs hind legs had maybe 15% of their normal strength and she couldn't stand so I brought her in to see the doctor. Once I was finally seen, the doc examed my dog, found a scab from when a dog bit her at the dog park and said [in a very condescending tone] that it must be a gunshot wound. She then asked me to step out of the room and I overheard her telling the vet tech that I probably shot the dog and if it was true that they'd have to call someone. I didn't bring it up while there because I was more worried about my dogs legs and not getting them so riled up that they'd hike the prices on me but I'll never go back there again. My dog is indoors at all times except to use the restroom and is basically our little princess. I was also dressed up so where she got the assumption that I was some ghetto animal abuser, idk.The doctor is a female dog and I'll never refer anyone there.

My family and I have been coming to Rigsby Veterinary clinic when Dr. Burchers was the veterinary. Dr. Luke Proctor and Dr. Sheryl Proctor are the only 2 doctors that see my 2- senior dogs. They are both excellent Doctors but if the staff doesn't improve I am sorry to say I have no problems asking for copies of my dogs records and going elsewhere. The suggestion I do have is a better office manager, pleasant receptionists and more educated technicians.... At one point they had a very pleasant clinic manager by the name of Sarah L... She always acknowledged me by my last name, ( the 2 front desk employees never can remember my name nor my pets even if I had just been there the day before . Better yet I don't even get acknowledged when walking in to the clinic.. ) was very people friendly and compassionate employee. Whenever checking in for an appt with Sarah or one of her receptionist I NEVER had to repeat what my visit at the office was for that day... These 2 girls that they have now are just flat out ignorant. They keep each other humored with none related work conversions instead of checking up with the clients in the waiting room...God forgive you call up to the client because you will be left and sometimes even forgot on hold. I cant even count the many times this has happen to me. Now on the other hand there is 2 (and I mean only 2 ) technicians ( Kristy and Emily ) that are very thorough and i always make sure it only one of them that see my 2 dogs.
Over all I can only say good things about the Doctors and the 2 technicians... I do hope that Dr. Proctor does read this and replaces some of his staff like he has been doing to his clinic.

I am a proud owner of 7 dachshunds and a Rottie. All of my pets have and will only be seen by Dr. Proctor. I also run a rescue group which are all patients of Dr Proctor. I am very impressed with with his staff. Dr. Proctor runs a very good clinic and staff members are very pleasant and it impresses me every time I go in to the office. I don't ever see myself, my pets and rescues going to be seen else where. If your looking to or are in need of a vet clinic I highly recommend Rigsby Vet Clinic.

Even when we had to make the difficult decision to put down 2 of our dogs they were right there giving us information and at the same time being very sympathetic to our situation. I honestly think I wouldn't have been able to handle it had I been at another clinic. I highly recommend them!

The wife and I have taken our dog to the Rigsby Veterinary Clinic a few times and for the most part our experience has been pleasant each time. They could do a better job at being a little more thorough and reading through the notes regarding our dogs history before suggesting a recommend treatment. We had to explain our pets history to them, something that they should've known from their notes and past visits. Asides from that, they did a great job at clipping our dogs nails. They also have a little area in the back for your dog to do his business. All in all a good place to take your pet, and I would recommend the Rigsby Veterinary Clinic.

I took my Pitty Azia, there not knowing what was going on with her. From the time I arrived I was given the attention I was hoping for at the time I had no idea what was going on with my pitty Azia but I was so emotionally hurt of possibly losing her broke my heart. Check -In was pleasant when speaking to the ladies at the counter Mirna O., Ronnie S., Connie...soo many to name but I can't forget Nancy her immediate attention on my pitty kept me speechless. Dr. Luke Proctor was quick to try and find out the cause and did everything he possibly could. Dr. Luke Proctor was very attentive and detailed of the test and medication to keep my pitty living. The attention that I was given of comfort that Azia was in good hands I could only pray �������� that she gets better. Well after a few days results came back from a poising and they tried everything they could to possibly reverse it. It definitely hurt and broke my heart ❤️ when I received the news after a week of antibiotics and fluids. Had no choice but was the hardest decision In my life to lay her down so she doesn't go through this pain any more. She wouldn't eat for days and vomited liquid fluids. Even from the personalized card I received post mail it emotionally touched me of the caring people that all work at Rigsby Veterinarian office and it made me get emotional you will forever be my family. They even took care of the arrangements of the " All Paws " pet crematory. Which I was great full for. My Azia will never be forgotten she will be in my heart ❤️ always.Thank you for every thing Rigsby Veternarin clinic!I commend you ALL of all the long hours and work you all do for our furry friends.

We have been with the Rigsby staff for several years and I can't begin to say how wonderful they have been. When we had to make the heart breaking decision almost 4 years ago to say goodbye to our Tankers they were so incredibly compassionate. They gave us all the time we needed to be with him before and after. I was surprised again by receiving a card in the mail a few days later. They now take care of our two rescue babies and everyone there is so kind and understanding. We have to make quite a drive to their office from where we live but I can't imagine taking my fur babies anywhere else.

They charge to call in prescriptions so the pharmacy faxed an order to them for my dogs phenobarbitol.Then called to tell me he couldn't have his medication because his last name was different from mine. I fixed that. He still doesn't have medication (day 3) and has had 2 seizures. After the test for levels (85.00) and office call (36.00), new pet patient fee (55.00) and (5.00) fee to call in my dogs pills that he STILL doesn't have, it's a mystery how she keeps her job! Beware, this place is pricey and inefficient.

Can you honestly beat that? I would 100% recommend this for anyone who is looking for quick and reliable pet care. I dropped him off at 7:50 and picked him up at 3. And another plus is that they don't try and swindle you into getting things you don't need, witch is awesome. Polite staff as well. Answered every time I called, Even to check up on him. You do need a cone after nurturing or spaying you animal. Just ask. 10/10 will go back

Rigsby Veterinary Clinic is the only vet clinic that I will ever take my pets to. The staff is always very helpful with any questions I may have and provides all around great customer service. I'm lucky to have Dr. Sheryl Proctor as my vet. She goes out of her way to make sure that my dog and cat are healthy. She is also very informative and takes the time to make sure that I fully understand what is going on. I know that my beloved pets are getting the best possible care when I take them here. I've been to many veterinary clinics, and I must say Rigsby Veterinary is by far the best. I have all 4 of my dogs here, and most recently my youngest dog gave birth here. I had no idea my dog, Nova, was pregnant. I called Rigsby Clinic as soon as I saw her giving birth, and Myrna, who is the best receptionist ever, told me to go ahead and bring her in since she was so small. Turns out Nova needed a c section. I am a young college student, so you can imagine my finances. The operation was expensive, of course not as much as other clinics, but it was pricey for me. I immediately started crying because I did not want my poor Nova to go through any hardship during labor. Doctor came in and said he can do the operation for a lower price that was in my price range. I was in shock. This place cares about your pet, not your money, which is so amazing. They treat you like family and they truly care. I was so grateful I have the staff a hug and thanked them so much for lowering the price, staying 3 hours later to do the operation, and even giving me some milk and a syringe to feed the puppies if there was any trouble. By far the greatest vet clinic I have ever been to. Great customer service, great prices, amazing staff, and just by far great with your pets. I will continue to recommend Rigsby Vet Clinic to everyone I know!

Terrible place!!! Will never be back. Our appointment was at 2pm. At 330 we left without having anything done. From the beginning the receptionist complained she was alone and had no help. Floor was dirty with different areas of dried urine. Tech had dirty fingernails and bad breath!! He used thermometer with no probe covers then washed it in sink inbetween dogs using his fingers to "scrub" it. They wanted to take my dogs in back to draw blood and then wanted to draw blood from their neck! Everywhere I have been its forefoot. The final straw was when doctor would not let me comfort my dog as he was going to exam him. He wanted smelly dirty fingernail guy to hold him. No sir!!! I left with all 3 dogs. That is not the quality of care I want for my babies. Im only giving one star because its Christmas time and Im feeling grateful but truly they deserve no stars!!!!

I have never had a vet that goes to such great lengths to ensure my furbabies are healthy and happy. I have experienced having to put down two of my oldies and the staff was so helpful and genuine. I have also had a couple emergencies, one today, that requires immediate attention but the office was closing up. Dr. Proctor took care of her immediately and got her into surgery. They have always have reasonable prices and different options for care. Thank you guys!

We are travelling thru San Antonio when our Beagle Lexi got very sick. 9 month old with no energy, diarrhea and all hunched up in pain. They worked us into their busy schedule and checked her out. 24 hours later we had a healthy baby. Very thankful to the Dr and all the folks there and thot the costs were very reasonable.

The wait time was pretty long but that's to be expected for a walk in. My dogs hind legs had maybe 15% of their normal strength and she couldn't stand so I brought her in to see the doctor. Once I was finally seen, the doc examed my dog, found a scab from when a dog bit her at the dog park and said [in a very condescending tone] that it must be a gunshot wound. She then asked me to step out of the room and I overheard her telling the vet tech that I probably shot the dog and if it was true that they'd have to call someone. I didn't bring it up while there because I was more worried about my dogs legs and not getting them so riled up that they'd hike the prices on me but I'll never go back there again. My dog is indoors at all times except to use the restroom and is basically our little princess. I was also dressed up so where she got the assumption that I was some ghetto animal abuser, idk.The doctor is a female dog and I'll never refer anyone there.

My family and I have been coming to Rigsby Veterinary clinic when Dr. Burchers was the veterinary. Dr. Luke Proctor and Dr. Sheryl Proctor are the only 2 doctors that see my 2- senior dogs. They are both excellent Doctors but if the staff doesn't improve I am sorry to say I have no problems asking for copies of my dogs records and going elsewhere. The suggestion I do have is a better office manager, pleasant receptionists and more educated technicians.... At one point they had a very pleasant clinic manager by the name of Sarah L... She always acknowledged me by my last name, ( the 2 front desk employees never can remember my name nor my pets even if I had just been there the day before . Better yet I don't even get acknowledged when walking in to the clinic.. ) was very people friendly and compassionate employee. Whenever checking in for an appt with Sarah or one of her receptionist I NEVER had to repeat what my visit at the office was for that day... These 2 girls that they have now are just flat out ignorant. They keep each other humored with none related work conversions instead of checking up with the clients in the waiting room...God forgive you call up to the client because you will be left and sometimes even forgot on hold. I cant even count the many times this has happen to me. Now on the other hand there is 2 (and I mean only 2 ) technicians ( Kristy and Emily ) that are very thorough and i always make sure it only one of them that see my 2 dogs.
Over all I can only say good things about the Doctors and the 2 technicians... I do hope that Dr. Proctor does read this and replaces some of his staff like he has been doing to his clinic.

I am a proud owner of 7 dachshunds and a Rottie. All of my pets have and will only be seen by Dr. Proctor. I also run a rescue group which are all patients of Dr Proctor. I am very impressed with with his staff. Dr. Proctor runs a very good clinic and staff members are very pleasant and it impresses me every time I go in to the office. I don't ever see myself, my pets and rescues going to be seen else where. If your looking to or are in need of a vet clinic I highly recommend Rigsby Vet Clinic.
