I have minor details in the home and still cant get them to
To fix this issues manufactured home Consultants say that they are working on it but I never get a response I have to keep calling them to check on my request for fixing these Minor Details in my home it's been a year and those Minor Details are getting worse so I do not recommend that anybody buys off of these guys they're Liars they said he'll take care of you don't help you any way they can but then here I am a year still sitting on the house that still has minor issues has flooring issues carpet issues and trim issues and it's been a year since I sent them the photos of what is wrong with the house and these guys cannot or not courteous enough to go look at the issues with me that way they can see what's going on but again it's been a year since I told him this issues and these issues have not been resolved and I'm still having trouble trying to get this issues resolved so no I do not recommend this place this place sucks no customer service they don't care about your customers they just want your money that's all they want all they want is their money after they get the money they don't care about how the house looks or how the my house is maintaining and no this is not a sales rep for a competing company I am a customer of this manufactured homes Consultants I have not helped me throughout this process experience a horrible experience so please if I can get Southern energy to call me or respond to my emails or something to fix my home I would greatly appreciate it

So glad we switched from VCA to Leon Springs Animal Hospital. The staff is certainly kind and knowledgeable. We switched our dogs after a heartworm scare and they helped to put our minds at ease! They work in the best interest of your pet and not the amount of money they'll receive for different treatments. We are so glad that we found Leon Springs Animal Hospital when we did. Keep it up!

We have taken our pets here for the past few years. The staff has been very patient with my very hard to handle rescue dog. She has required extensive dental work and fights every moment when being groomed or having her nails trimmed. The staff is very careful when handling her even though it may take 2 to 3 of them to safely handle her. They never complain and always smile even when 5 pounds of trouble walks through their door!
This past summer we had a deeply loved Golden Retriever that became very ill very quickly. I called near closing time and they said bring her in. We had to make the difficult decision to euthanize her that night rather than putting her through painful surgeries that would only postpone the inevitable. The doctor and the vet techs all stayed well past closing time so that we could have all the time we needed to say goodbye to our furry family member. They were so supportive and helpful. They cried with us and never said a word about leaving. We were told to take all the time that we needed. That was a horrible day for my family but the people at Leon Springs Animal Hospital did what they could to make it bearable.
My family will be loyal customers because of their compassion for our animals and our family members!

My cat Tommy and dog Lizzy Lou go to Dr. Carter and we love her and the staff. Just last week I referred my mom to put her pet rat Monty down, yes a rat LOL. He was very old and had a huge tumor on his stomach in pain and not eating. My mom called her vet whom I will not name but let's just say it was close to UTSA and Babcock. They wanted $179.00 to put a 1.5 lb rat to sleep! Seriously?! Some offices are completely out just make money! That's why I took Monty to Leon Springs. Fair pricing and compassionate staff and Dr. lifelong customer is here of our furry babies

The vet techs are all aggressive and choked my dog saying it was "for training purposes". They abuse the animals (even the ones in the back), the clinic isn't sanitary and they're very keen on euthanizing the pets before even helping them get better.
Disgusting people...take your pets somewhere else.

Our puppy needed to be treated for mange so he was administered a pretty powerful medicine that we had to give him a little for three days then a little more for three days and then a little more for three days to ween him onto it. A few days after use he started to have diarrhea all over the floors. Even though he was potty trained already he couldn't hold it. We called the vet and they told us to bring a stool sample and the medicine couldn't possibly be upsetting his stomach. The stool sample came back that he had no parasites and so they told us we needed to change him to their special diet, and since me and my fiancé were going to a wedding they told us they would keep him over night to watch him and start him on this new diet. When i came to get him the next day they gave me the bag of food and some medicine to stop the diarrhea and sent us on our way. Upon getting home I started to read the ingredients on the bag (royal canine) which was full of chicken byproduct (second ingredient in the food) and basically a bunch of other fillers and crap that is not good for your pets!! I was a little appalled that this was the food they recommended for their patients. Here they want to put my dog on a "gastrointestinal food that would be good for his tummy" and they give me some crap that in the long run can make my dog sick and have all kinds of other health issues. I am feeding my dog a natural food with lamb and no by product or wheat or corns, and they want me to change his food to crap. We put our faith into these Drs to tell us what's best for our animals, and as far as I'm concerned they aren't looking out for the best interest of our pets if the foods they recommend are just as crappy as the cheap brands you can pick up at your local store.
Not to mention my dog started itching when I brought him home from having only been fed by them twice. Upon looking up royal canines customer reviews 9 out of 10 were HORRIBLE reviews about how it made people's dogs and cats sick. A lot of customers reviewed that it even GAVE their dog gastrointestinal and urinary trackt problems.
Yeah, not going to be returning to Leon springs animal hospital.

Dr. Darla Carter and veterinary assistant John helped us create the type of last day that we wanted for Shady, our beloved 11-year-old cat who had breast cancer. We are so grateful to them. Because her office isnt near our home, Darla is not our regular vet, but we sought Darla out because we wanted Shady's last day to be at home and free from the stress that she feels when riding in the car. Darla and John came by our house during lunch and were so kind and loving to Shady. Darla explained everything that would happen beforehand and again as she performed the euthanasia steps. Knowing what to expect took away our fear of the unknown and let us focus comforting on Shady. Darla and John handled Shady with so much compassion and gave us time and space to grieve before they took Shady's body for cremation. Their work was wonderful blessing to us.

The vets don't care about the animals and have no desire to communicate with you.
The vet techs are all aggressive and choked my dog saying it was "for training purposes". They abuse the animals (even the ones in the back), the clinic isn't sanitary and they're very keen on euthanizing the pets before even helping them get better.
Disgusting people...take your pets somewhere else.

Our puppy needed to be treated for mange so he was administered a pretty powerful medicine that we had to give him a little for three days then a little more for three days and then a little more for three days to ween him onto it. A few days after use he started to have diarrhea all over the floors. Even though he was potty trained already he couldn't hold it. We called the vet and they told us to bring a stool sample and the medicine couldn't possibly be upsetting his stomach. The stool sample came back that he had no parasites and so they told us we needed to change him to their special diet, and since me and my fiancé were going to a wedding they told us they would keep him over night to watch him and start him on this new diet. When i came to get him the next day they gave me the bag of food and some medicine to stop the diarrhea and sent us on our way. Upon getting home I started to read the ingredients on the bag (royal canine) which was full of chicken byproduct (second ingredient in the food) and basically a bunch of other fillers and crap that is not good for your pets!! I was a little appalled that this was the food they recommended for their patients. Here they want to put my dog on a "gastrointestinal food that would be good for his tummy" and they give me some crap that in the long run can make my dog sick and have all kinds of other health issues. I am feeding my dog a natural food with lamb and no by product or wheat or corns, and they want me to change his food to crap. We put our faith into these Drs to tell us what's best for our animals, and as far as I'm concerned they aren't looking out for the best interest of our pets if the foods they recommend are just as crappy as the cheap brands you can pick up at your local store.
Not to mention my dog started itching when I brought him home from having only been fed by them twice. Upon looking up royal canines customer reviews 9 out of 10 were HORRIBLE reviews about how it made people's dogs and cats sick. A lot of customers reviewed that it even GAVE their dog gastrointestinal and urinary trackt problems.
Yeah, not going to be returning to Leon springs animal hospital.

Dr. Darla Carter and veterinary assistant John helped us create the type of last day that we wanted for Shady, our beloved 11-year-old cat who had breast cancer. We are so grateful to them. Because her office isnt near our home, Darla is not our regular vet, but we sought Darla out because we wanted Shady's last day to be at home and free from the stress that she feels when riding in the car. Darla and John came by our house during lunch and were so kind and loving to Shady. Darla explained everything that would happen beforehand and again as she performed the euthanasia steps. Knowing what to expect took away our fear of the unknown and let us focus comforting on Shady. Darla and John handled Shady with so much compassion and gave us time and space to grieve before they took Shady's body for cremation. Their work was wonderful blessing to us.
