Great care, great people, the best, now I see that this clinic isn't getting a 100% on a rating?, believe me folks, I had my dog 4 years an been bring her to v c.a. castle hills veterinary all this time, I tried other places but they didn't do the things v.c.a. does , most places we went all they cared about was the dollar,, bottom line, but these doctors care, an if they didn't I would say so, also, there's been Manny times I couldn't pay right there an then, an they would allow me to slide till I could pay it, Manny times, truth of the matter my dog has them to be grateful for being alive, an for this I'm deeply grateful, go check them out with your pet u won't find any where better

First things first, my dog Little Ann HATES the vet. She will cry, hurt herself, stress out so much her eye pops out, & it takes on average of 4 people to weigh her down. Well, we went in today for a new patient semi emergency because she was not doing well & we got set up as an appointment to help get a free exam. (Thank you for saving us money!) We were in & out in less than 30 minutes & Dr. Schnee & his tech were AMAZING. My dog cried, but she didn't hurt herself or others & her eye stayed in place. We have gone to 5 different vets & they are not very understanding of her fears, but this vet is a godsend. They work with you & make your pet as comfortable as possible. Dr. Schnee was very nice & treated us with respect. I will never go anywhere else again, we've finally found a place who accepts my Little Ann & is kind to her & that's all that matters to me.

Wonderful experience this morning when bringing in my chihuahua who unfortunately had been bitten by another dog (non-life threatening). We arrived when they opened and were met by a very compassionate and professional staff (Jeannette and Julia) who promptly got us checked in. Despite being fully booked, Dr. Scwabb was able to see us within minutes of our arrival and took genuine care upon seeing CoCo. She gently analyzed her, drained her wound, prescribed antibiotics for her at a very reasonable cost, answered all of our questions and even discounted our visit. Her assistant was also very kind and informative. Great experience all around! Highly recommend to anyone looking for compassionate and affordable animal care!

Bar none, the best veterinary experience I have ever had. The staff is welcoming and wonderful and always willing to take the time to help. Dr. Schwab is by far the best and most competent veterinarian I have ever met. She goes above and beyond in helping.
I had to ship my son's Dalmatian to Germany and she did the research, then guided me through the entire process. She helped me navigate through the obstacles in order to get "Ponyboy," to his master (USAF) after two years of being deployed. We are "all" forever grateful to Dr. Schwab and the entire VCA staff for making the experience seamless and successful. Highly recommend this office for receiving outstanding veterinary care.

I took an injured stray there who was in very bad shape June 2015. Dr. Michelle did a wonderful job and was very knowledgable. She kept me informed and gave me good advice/options. I don't know if she would have pulled through without them. I'm glad to say she has made a full recovery and we named her Lucy. She is now enjoying her life as a domestic diva

Bar none, the best veterinary experience I have ever had. The staff is welcoming and wonderful and always willing to take the time to help. Dr. Schwab is by far the best and most competent veterinarian I have ever met. She goes above and beyond in helping.
