I took my 16 yr old cat to be seen, for his leg. We feared the worst. But Dr Sartor, took the time to explain what was happening to our cat and even comforted us when we cried. He gave us the option to use pain management and plan for a later event, if needed. Our cat seems more comfortable now with the medication. The staff took time to help us set up a payment plan and offered information on pet insurance. We have made the choice to continue with Dr Sartor as Achilles veterinarian. Part of the treatment process is how you are treated, and we were treated with love. Thank you for your help and care. See y’all again soon. ❤️ The Burgess Family

The vets, tech, and staff always take the greatest care of my dog. They treat your pets lime they are their own. I have been coming to the VCA o Iota for about 4 years, and I have never had a bad experience. I have seen each of the 4 vets, and they are outstanding. The techs are great, and the staff are amazing. They have extended evening hours to accommodate working folks, and are really the best vet clinic I have ever used. They have walk-ins if you don't have appointment. Please understand that some appointments need to take a bit longer due to urgent issues, and I promise if you have to wait to see the vet, it is well worth the wait. Your pet will get top-notch care. Boarding and grooming are available also. My extreme gratitude goes to this clinic for their outstanding care of all our pets.

Staff is compassionate and professional. Dr Sartor is very helpful and explains everything to you instead of over your head. Great follow up on your pets needs is something I haven't seen in any vet.

We have been using this location for at least 10 years now, and have always been treated fairly and kindly. All of the staff and doctors here are wonderful. I'd like to thank Dr Sartor specifically for helping us when we had to say goodbye to our pet. He was extremely compassionate and supportive in our time of need.

From the time of my arrival for my puppy Ruby, I was greeted and treated with great service by Larissa. The assistant Christina was very nice and friendly as well as knowledgeable in answering my questions prior to meeting Dr. Guerrero. I was very pleased with the exam by Dr. Guerrero and her care and gentleness towards Ruby. I can say this place is now my place of choice for my puppy. And I would recommend anyone to bring their beloved pet to VCA.

Wow! All I have to say worst place ever!! I had to bring my 14 yr dog for check up due to some complications she had. I called the clinic earlier in the day the guy was extremely helpful. I explained that my dog is older so gets agitated and nervous in this environment. He said no problem they can accommodate. Well show up for my appointment and is the necessary paperwork and wait in waiting room. Time passes and passes see the girls chatting an flirting with clients. I'm waiting and waiting finally they bring us into a room 40 mins after actual appointment. In the room we sit another 30 minutes while my dog is shaking and nervous as she can be. Finally I say forget it tell the girl you know what we're leaving this is ridiculous. Then only then she mentions "oh I'm sorry we had emergency and only one doctor, would you like to reschedule. Are you serious after 1 HR and 15 mins after my appointment you mention this. Never again going there!

Excellent vet office to go to, taken my puppy here for all her shots and nail trimming and never had an issue. Gets very packed, probably because the prices are really fair! They don't try to stick you for unnecessary treatments or anything like that. They do however not let you go in the back with the animal during treatment, they do answer all your questions as well as put you at peace with the process. Completely trustworthy place to go to!

The service and care you receive is kind. I really feel like the techs and well, pretty much everyone there loves animals. The prices are a bit high ,but I think the care you get from the doctor and people is quality that's worth it. Also it's the doctor's who call you back with lab results and are willing to take the time to answer your questions. I have to admit that you can sometimes wait a long time, even if you have an appointment. - ,but this is probably because they take the time to answer your questions when it is your turn. I almost forgot to mention, I love that they're bringing in technology. They took a picture of my pup to put on her file. The doctor asked if I wanted to be texted a picture of my baby once she was out of surgery. Love it. Overall I feel comfortable making this my babies clinic.

The vets, tech, and staff always take the greatest care of my dog. They treat your pets lime they are their own. I have been coming to the VCA o Iota for about 4 years, and I have never had a bad experience. I have seen each of the 4 vets, and they are outstanding. The techs are great, and the staff are amazing. They have extended evening hours to accommodate working folks, and are really the best vet clinic I have ever used. They have walk-ins if you don't have appointment. Please understand that some appointments need to take a bit longer due to urgent issues, and I promise if you have to wait to see the vet, it is well worth the wait. Your pet will get top-notch care. Boarding and grooming are available also. My extreme gratitude goes to this clinic for their outstanding care of all our pets.

From the time of my arrival for my puppy Ruby, I was greeted and treated with great service by Larissa. The assistant Christina was very nice and friendly as well as knowledgeable in answering my questions prior to meeting Dr. Guerrero. I was very pleased with the exam by Dr. Guerrero and her care and gentleness towards Ruby. I can say this place is now my place of choice for my puppy. Excellent vet office to go to, taken my puppy here for all her shots and nail trimming and never had an issue. Gets very packed, probably because the prices are really fair! They don't try to stick you for unnecessary treatments or anything like that. They do however not let you go in the back with the animal during treatment, they do answer all your questions as well as put you at peace with the process. Completely trustworthy place to go to!

The prices are a bit high ,but I think the care you get from the doctor and people is quality that's worth it. Also it's the doctor's who call you back with lab results and are willing to take the time to answer your questions.
