I trust Loving care with the care of all my animals and my fosters. They treat me and my fur babies like family. Prices are reasonable and Doctors always put my animals at ease and talk to them before even starting examination. Loving care is first vet my animals have not tried to climb walls or cry excessively. They make my babies happy so Loving care is only place I would trust to care for my fur babies.They have never tried to over charge me and will explain my bill in detail before doing anything to make sure I am getting charged for only approved things.They have also helped me out on a few occasions with some of my fosters or an animal I found injured on side of road. I have been going to the fancier vets over the last 22 years and they kept my pets healthy. However, former vets were robbing me blind! Don't make that mistake too. Now, I have two children and have recently become a single mom on a smaller budget. We didn't wait longer than 5 minutes to be seen. The care our new puppy received by the staff and Dr. Moore was absolutely excellent, and he was really, really nice! Staff was very friendly. Dr.Moore was very knowledgeable and told us what he wad doing every step of the way during his exam of our new furry friend. The biggest surprise was at checkout... Krystal & Destinie, in particular, have been wonderful. They help me prioritize when I need to watch expenses. I can tell by my experiences with many other vet offices that they work to keep pricing for services reasonable and affordable. They aren't constantly trying to up-sell specialty products. This place is awful. I took my Blue in because he cut his foot and needed stitches, when they finally tended to him after bleeding in there an hour I was relieved. WELLLL - that was short lived, after the $325 bill we go home, a few days later the antibiotic they sent was making him sick, now he has a bacterial infection in his guts...because they didn't send a probiotic with it to begin with. Also sent him home with an e collar to small, and he chewed his stitches up after I told them it wasn't going to work. So after another $115 outa me because of their mistakes, here he is a few days later, still hasn't eaten anything and now throwing up blood. Called them and was told it'd be a $25 walk in fee, can't get to him right away but they would do some X-rays. So a simple stitches turned into my dogs stomach severely swollen and he's puking blood and I still need to continue to hand my money so they can continue to make it worse!!Read Less

I have been using Dr. Ramsey for quite a while now. She and her staff are the best! I have taken my cats and dog to her for everything from routine annual exams to diagnosing what is making them feel ill. She has always done a great job in diagnosing and her staff follows up the next day to check on them when they are being treated for an illness. Vets are good But there is a problem of price switching when you leave. Told when I made appointment that fee would be $72 for my service. Upon checking out the receptionist said $44 as she was sliding my card. When she handed me the receipt it said $88!!!!! Upon questioning she really couldn't give a comprehensive answer. It did turn out that the $88 was correct since they gave my puppy an extra vaccination. However our next appointment was quoted as $25. It was written down on one of their business cards with date and time of the appointment.. I even verified 3 times that it would be that price. Upon arriving I was informed that there would be an additional $95 for a shot that my puppy was too small for the last time. After much discussion, and "I don't know why the receptionist didn't tell you about the $95 extra charge " I got a copy of her records and walked out before seeing vet.Read Less

I want every one to know that this place is a F****** joke. l had to put my dog down and the day I called in was that morning to make an appointment the lady had confirmed it was ok and when I got there they said I didn't have an appointment and that my dog may have to be there all weekend till Monday after he was put down which was a F'ing joke and really pissed me off as well and the lady which must of been the clerk out side I had asked what they were going to do with him and she didn't know and most of the staff if not all were gone already.
