So so disappointed. Left my two boy pups over the weekend. The room is filled with small chain link runs and the noise and barking in that small room is DEAFENING. I had no choice but to leave them due to a tight schedule. No wonder my boys were nervous and unsettled for days afterward. Way too pricey for these meager, primitive boarding facilities. Saturday, after closing, I missed a call from the office, but I dont have vmail, so I called them back a minute later. No live people, only one phone # for another emergency vet, who told me they had no way calling the weekend boarding staff. No other option but to wait for Monday morning to see why they called me. (Had they escaped the back yard, and were laying dead on FM78?) So, if you board your pets, BEWARE because there is NO WAY TO TALK TO ANYONE DURING OFF-HOURS. I picked my boys up early Monday morning,and finally discovered the vet had called about a possible minor rash on one dog's legs. Because it was July, I specifically asked that they bring out the beds first, then let me pay before they brought the boys out, to avoid leaving them waiting unnecessarily in a hot car. Out came the dogs first. "No one told me!" "I called you!", "I never heard anything!" No one was accountable, lame apologies. But I didnt want to put the boys back in their dreaded runs, it would be like dumping refugees off the boat, back onto their native shore. So I reluctantly placed them in the car, lowered the windows, and told everyone to hurry. 25 minutes later I got out of there as the temperature was rising in my car. Poorly trained staffing, young, inexperienced, awful awful awful. Never again. The worst.

Some of the nurses seem like they hate their job. Overall they are friendly and quick. I really like them and they're prices are average to low-high.

This place is outrageous! Prices are way too high. I was getting my dogs trifexis there for the convenience but they stopped selling them to me because they hadn't seen my dog in a while. Now I get it...
This place is outrageous! Prices are way too high. I was getting my dogs trifexis there for the convenience but they stopped selling them to me because they hadn't seen my dog in a while. Now I get it from vanguard and it's their loss!!

Fantastic animal clinic! Dr. Rodriguez is great! He took care of my 15 year old dogs much needed dental surgery, pulling eight teeth. Office personnel is professional and friendly! Highly recommend!

Dr Rodriguez is the best. I highly recommend him. He treats my cats with the utmost care, and his diagnosis, treatment and procedures are always right on. I totally trust him and prefer him over the other "cat specialist" in San Antonio because of his genuine concern, proper diagnosis and prompt care each and every time. Thank you.

We have used this vet for about 2 years after being recommended by a family friend (we had just moved to the area). Everyone has been very courteous, compassionate & professional. They use & respond well through the PetDesk app. My cat's spay was great (they have laser surgery & healing therapy available & did great pain management). There's a large waiting area so no one is cramped, it's easy to keep critters separated if need be. Today, I took our aging large breed dog in for an emergency visit. She had become ill over the weekend, I called 5 minutes after they opened and had an appointment with my preferred vet 2.5 hours later. They always make sure to emphasize about being able to come by to visit your sick animal if you have to leave them for treatment & call to give updates. Some may say they are pricey, but the quality of care here is worth every penny. They even have techs that are dedicated to post op monitoring so your pet doesn't start to wake up alone. I'll happily stay with this office unless we move or something changes.

This vet clinic is amazing. Everyone here is so friendly and seriously makes you feel like they love your fur babies as much as you do. Our frenchie was giving birth today and Dr. Hohn knew how anxious and nervous we were and gave us her personal phone number if anything went wrong. We lost the first baby and rushed to this hospital to do an emergency c section. Dr. Hohn and her staff successfully delivered the other 6 babies and made us feel so at home. Will never visit another clinic, the people here are sooo sweet. Thank you to Dr. Hohn and her staff for all their help. (We've been going here for 8 months and every time they give us great service). Definitely would recommend!!!

I can't say anything good about this place! They price gouge, to pay for their needlessly expensive building. They recommed uncessary surgery, when crate rest should always be tried first for a hurt back. Besides this, their poor surgical technique killed my dog! She was on the mend, but became ill a week after surgery, and died. Another vet said they'd left something inside her, which caused a fatal infection.There are too many good, caring, reasonably priced vets in this area to give vets like this your business.

My Dog had a botched Cherry Eye performed by Dr. Rodriguez that had to be corrected by a Veterinarian Ophthalmologist. My dog initial surgery€ stitches came undone creating massive scabs and causing ulcers in his eye. Dr. Rodriguez wanted to reopen my dog€s original surgery, removed his lacrimal gland to correct their first failed surgery. I do not have to tell you how frustrated I was and how quickly I lost all confidence in his medical abilities. This facility is a great place to vaccinate your pets and routine exams, but if your pet requires major surgery I recommend taking your pet to a specialist.

This was an excellent vet clinic 16 years before they moved locations and the original vet retired. The two new vets built a "small palace", and their prices shot up immediately. I quit taking my dogs there because I felt like they were charging too much compared to other veterinarian's in the area.

We walked in as a new patient at 11:45 on Saturday and they close at noon. The waiting room was full, but the staff was super friendly, saw us within 30 minutes. Kept the puppy for a few hours to seda...
We walked in as a new patient at 11:45 on Saturday and they close at noon. The waiting room was full, but the staff was super friendly, saw us within 30 minutes. Kept the puppy for a few hours to sedate him so they could fix him, then had him and his meds ready to go by 4pm.

I loved it! Everyone's attitude was very positive! The vet was super nice :) my vet tech was Valerie and she was awesome! Gave me great information about my new puppy! 10 stars!

I had no choice but to leave them due to a tight schedule. No wonder my boys were nervous and unsettled for days afterward. Way too pricey for these meager, primitive boarding facilities. Saturday, after closing, I missed a call from the office, but I dont have vmail, so I called them back a minute later. We have used this vet for about 2 years after being recommended by a family friend (we had just moved to the area). Everyone has been very courteous, compassionate & professional. They use & respond well through the PetDesk app. My cat's spay was great (they have laser surgery & healing therapy available & did great pain management). There's a large waiting area so no one is cramped, it's easy to keep critters separated if need be. Today, I took our aging large breed dog in for an emergency visit. I can't say anything good about this place! They price gouge, to pay for their needlessly expensive building. They recommed uncessary surgery, when crate rest should always be tried first for a hurt back. Besides this, their poor surgical technique killed my dog! She was on the mend, but became ill a week after surgery, and died. Another vet said they'd left something inside her, which caused a fatal infection.There are too many good, caring, reasonably priced vets in this area to give vets like this your business.
