We recently lost a horse due to an unfortunate medical issue but during the course of the care, the staff did everything they could to save her while keeping the best interest of the horse in mind. INCREDIBLE OH my gosh Dr.Martin, Dr.Rosenberg and Dr. Holloway Are incredible I have never been to vet clinic where the staff and doctor are so involved every step of the way!!! I received phone calls morning and night was able to visit my mare and foal whenever I wanted through their stay! I feel that Dr. Martin goes over and beyond for his clients and I am forever grateful for everything that they have done! Reasonably priced for sure I will drive over an hour and pass up many Equine vets just to come see these people they are by far the best!!!!!!!!!!! Read Less

This is to all horse Vets, in this area. You all need to watch a video on U Tube, under Think Like a Horse, Watch a woman abuse a horse. She is suppose to be a Vet Tech. If anyone knows this woman, needs to take action. This video is proof of her abuse, I hope she does not have any more animals or children. She has anger, violent problem. Keith Huffman, DVM has been Rock-N-Oaks equine facilities vet for 6 years. He is extremely capable, compassionate with both horses and people, and thorough. He remembers each of the 25 horses in the facility and inquires about their progress weeks after he has treated them. ALL of the clients trust him with their horse. I have an amazing relationship with my Vet Dr. Gross. She is extremely good at listening to the whole picture and not pushing an agenda down my throat. She is very personable and has a wealth of knowledge that I appreciate. I have had experiences with all the Vets at Retama and I have yet to have a complaint. I have had emergency farm calls that were extremely urgent and I had a person asap. The Techs are very nice and work very fast. This is my go to hospital for all equine. Read Less

Dr. Lamb and her team has been an extraordinary help to us with our problem horses, they have been been nothing but courteous, flexible, and highly involved. Dr. Lamb takes into account all aspects of the history and future expectations for each horse and happily discusses and breaks down everything in a straightforward, patient way. Knowledgeable and professional staff! I discovered them when I was new to the area and had an emergency. My senior mare tore her leg up in some barbed and they got me right in, patched her up, and a year later she barely even has a scar.
