She has been here for a while and knows a lot and helps with 90% of my questions that I have when it comes to my animals. The entire staff is very nice and sweet to my girls/dogs. I highly recommend this vet for all your four legged love ones. Miss Dupree is a very caring vet & person. She will do anything in her power to makes things better. She saved my dog ( Gandolff ) from being put down. Was told by all others that nothing could be done. But she did what she does best and Gandolff is still with me. I love & appreciate Dr. Sherwood & Dr. Westin very much. They have shown me & my animals amazing care. These guys have loved my dogs, cats, ferret, & horses & taken excellent care of them. Throughout the many routine vaccines, emergencies, surgeries, when one of my beloved pets crosses the rainbow bridge they are so kind & gentle and help me through the process. these guys are just like family. we are blessed to have a large dog. Sam, weighs 120+. Many vets wont see this size dog. Our Sam is a rescue baby. He wasn't well socialized nor could he walk on a leash. He had several health issues as well. the vets at Sherwood are so relaxed and caring. they know what is needed and our pups love to visit. The staff is very friendly and Dr. Todd Westin is the best when it comes to exotic animals!!! He's helped me a lot with my turtles. I also like this location because it's not usually very crowded and you don't have to worry about walking into a waiting room full of barking dogs and stressed out animals when you bring your pet in for care. Terrible! Had an appointment for 4pm. We arrived a little early but were ignored for quite a while by the staff (the receptionist was on a personal phone call). We finally got the receptionist to give us the required paperwork and filled it out....then waited over two hours while other people came in for shots without appointments were seen before us. When we finally got in to see the vet, he was rude and treated us as if we were children. We will never go there again!! Read Less

STAY AWAY! We took our German Shepherd in to have a knot on her back checked, teeth brushed and ears cleaned. Some other vet that Dr. Sherwood had working there removed the knot, never bothered to give us the option of having it tested to see if it was malignant. They poured some foaming ear cleaner down her ears without checking to find out that she had an ear infection which caused her severe pain, made her ear start bleeding, pieces of skin were coming out the day after. When we picked her up she was covered in fleas. We found another vet who confirmed our fears now she's under treatment. BAD VET! I would call anyone but them. I did get a call from the Dr. Sherwood who tried to blame it on anything but what our new vet had found instead of taking responsibility for their mistake. He never apologized, just said our dog must have "very sensitive ears". Read Less
