I had been a loyal customer of Dr Fusselman since 2009. What had me hooked was the personal attention that he gave during each visit and he always gave a fair price on his services. However; I noticed a steady decline on the quality of service and his prices continued to go up. Whats really upsetting is we had somewhat of an emergency with one of my dogs a few weeks ago and I called to bring him in and I was told that the Dr would not be in until 4PM and I was calling around 10AM. What good is your doctor if he is not around when you need him?

He helps to explain things so you understand and wants to help you make the best decisions for the care of your dogs. He truly cares about his patients and their owners. I won't go anywhere else, I've tried (for convenience where I live) but always end up back here. He's simply the best!

I love this vet, I just moved to the area and got a new puppy. Dr. Fusselman was recommended to me by an aunt who has five dogs and has been going to the vet for 20 years. He is kind, compassionate and very knowledgeable. Does not overcharge or reccomend things your pet does not need. I am about 30 miles away but it is well worth the drive, i will never change vets unless I move out of state!

Dr. Fusselman is the best. I highly recommend him. He has taken care of my four pets for over five years. He does it with compassion and caring. I lost my 16 year old dog and he was wonderful to me. I left another local vet who over charged and under cared for my pets. Dr. Fusselman is the opposite. He goes above and beyond always.

Even after my brother moved away, he still brings his dogs back to Dr. Fusselman. He is competent, compassion & concise. He's not long winded. He listens to you, answers your questions & concerns without your feeling rushed. I've gotten in & out quickly several times when I need to.He & his staff go beyond what other clinics will do for you & your pets. With all the other choices you have for your pets' needs, you owe it to yourself & your pets to come to Lake Cites Animal Clinic. Then you'll understand why we keep coming back.

Dr. Fusselman is extremely knowledgeable and kind. I have taken my cat and two dogs to him and have been completely happy with the care they received. My only complaint, if it is one, is that Dr. Fusselman can be a little long winded. If there's something wrong with your pet, you will be completely schooled about the condition by the time you leave. I only mention this just so you'll know that your visit will not be quick, but that's good. It's nice to go into a place of business and not feel rushed and leave knowing that all your concerns were addressed. His staff is both efficient and friendly. Another positive is his fee rate. I think he is much more reasonable than other local vets.
