We can’t fully express our thanks and appreciation to all of the Loop 363 staff and even the clinic cat who worked diligently and tirelessly to revive our 4 year old Papillon-Mix rescue - “Gabby” who suffered complications during surgery last week! The care and concern everyone provided was extraordinary and we can’t thank all of them enough for not giving up on her and doing everything they could think of to bring her back! First visit, seems like great people. We have now been back on 3 occasions. A bit pricey, but you get what you pay for. Shots up to date, doggy teeth cleaned, now more white then most people. Little issue with keeping up with our leash, and were charged for blood work that didn't take place, but when I brought to their attention it was fixed & refunded. They seem to take a genuine interest in out pet & us. For now I believe the overcharge was honest mistake. Read Less

LOVE LOVE LOVEEEE this place! Every member of the staff I have came in contact with is truly amazing! I started coming here Charlie not so long ago in transition from Killeen to Temple and each visit was so welcoming. Now I bring my new puppy Apollo as well, not only do they take great care of him they always ask about Charlie no matter whom I come in contact with. They make you feel as if you're family it's great! I am HUGE on customer service and this place knocks it out the park. Not pleased at all with this office. Some staff are really sweet, some are extremely rude. They ran in circles about getting my dogs a hartguard prescription. I was told different things by different people about the steps that needed to be taken (btw, even if they've seen your dog, they won't fill out a prescription from a website like 1800petmeds for you like other offices would) and even once those steps were taken I was told I needed to come back AGAIN for another step before they could give me the prescription (each visit that the vet saw our dogs was over $40... So I think they were just trying to get more money) I was very disappointed in the way the whole situation was handled and I won't be bringing my pets back! I took my dog here and they cleaned her teeth. They said she need 14 teeth pulled. I took her out of there immediately. I went to another vet and they could not believe they wanted to do that. He said her teeth were fine. She never had another problem. She was 8 then and lived to be almost 14 years without any problems. Read Less

I drive 45 minutes to see Dr. B. Six dogs, and she is my vet of choice. Knowledgeable, doesn't treat me like I am stupid, friendly and caring. My dogs like her as well. If anyone ever complains about their vet, or wants a recommendation, I tell them to go to this clinic. Read Less

The staff here is awesome! Our dogs Sandy Lou and Candy Sue are very well taken care of here, and they are quick to address any questions or concerns we have, and offer a wide range of treatment options to fit our budget. Dr Boedeker has been Snoop's vet ever since I moved back home around 10 years ago. I was referred to her by my parents.The entire staff at Loop 363 are simply AWESOME!!!! No matter if you are on the phone,there for a visit, or just stopping by to pick something up,you and you fur baby are treated like FAMILY. My Snoop will be 15 on Nov 1.I truly believe it has been Dr.B,the entire staff, and myself working as his team, that has helped get him through his senior years with the quality of life that he has. Everyone there is so nice and caring. It's clear they care about my furbabies. I am horrible at remembering to give monthly medications and they send reminders! I brought in a kitten that I have been bottle feeding him since he was just 4 days old. The staff at the Loop 363 Animal Hospital was sweet, knowledgeable and overall, cheering for this kitten right along with me! I was even able to call with a small issue today and get direction over the phone. We'll be back in 2 weeks and we're also planning to get the Momma kitty spayed here. PLEASE DO NOT GO HERE! I hate to write this review after going to this animal hospital for over six years, but after I found out for myself what they are doing over there I don't think I will ever go back. First of all, the people that work there are very friendly and kind to customers and their animals. They handled my dog well and others from what I have seen. There prices there are pretty fair as well. Here is what I found out recently that surprised me. About three weeks ago I took my dog in to get his annual rabies vaccination shots and they asked me if I wanted to do a heart worm test on him. I usually just say "No thanks", but since I never gotent my dog a heart worm test in all six years of his life I decided to go ahead and do it. After about the twenty minutes later the veterinarian came back in the room and told me that my dog came back with a positive on the heart worm test. The veterinarian started telling me a bunch of information about the treatment for heart worms and told me I could think on it for a night, but that I need to hurry to a decision. So I took my dog home and got him some Heartguard to prevent any more heart worms, as the vet recommended. Later that day I met a with a friend of mine and told him with what the vet diagnosed my dog with. Then he asked which vet i was taking my dog to. I told him which one and then he informed me that that animal hospital is not trustworthy. My friend told me that they diagnosed his dog with something, but to be sure he took his dog to another vet and found out there was nothing wrong with him. So then I decided to take my dog to another animal hospital up in Leander where my relative takes her dogs. They did the heart worm test on my and it came back negative. Not only was the Loop 363 Animal hospital giving false diagnostics of my dog but they also wanted me to start a heart worm treatment, which as you know is very tedious and is almost killing your dog in the process of, for heart worms he didn't even have. Also the treatment was around $800 dollars. I'm not sure what's is going on there, but please avoid this animal hospital. The people that work there are not truthful at all. Read Less

No customer service for his patients. No compassion that his patient was separated from his owner.  Told us to take the dog to the shelter because he was open only every other Saturday.  The website, voicemail and front door says open 9am-12pm Saturday.  Hey doc where is the "other" word listed.  I think I would have made an effort to find my customers number and gave it to the ones trying to place the dog back home.  We are new here and need a new vet, certainly NOT THIS one.  Poor service and concern. I've been coming here for 7+ years. Never had any problems. The staff here is so friendly, and my dog is always treated witht he best of care. I am sorry to hear other people had a bad experience here, this was NOT the case with me at all. I would recommend this place to anyone.
