First time experience went really well. They were running behind, but I work in medical, so I understand. We were there for follow up shots and once we were back it was quick, efficient and cheap. I also love how they give vienna sausage as treats instead of those super cheap rock hard ones.

Very nice young lady working the front desk, but I waited FOREVER for a refill that I had called in prior to pick-up.Very nice people with a VERY slow operation.Good Vet, nice people, SUPER SLOW.They were very busy and either don't have good processes (likely) or don't enough people (unlikely) to do the work.So the Vet gets a 5/5The friendly people who work there get a 5/5The slow processing gets a 0/5. Improve processes and it can easily be a 5/5. I don't want to wait when I call in a refill ahead of time. Yes, I will return to this Vet BUT don't take customers time for granted :)

I've been a customer of this vet center for the last two years. They were recommended to me by a friend. Moving my pets care to this facility has been the best decision I've made in a while. They care about you, they care about your family member being treated. They are honest and upfront. I cannot say enough nice things about the caregivers at Terrell Vet Center. Other facilities could learn a lot of things from these folks. They set the bar high. I'm proud to recommend them to anyone that lives their pets.

What a horrible clinic! We will never put our dog in their care ever again. Our dog ate some poison- we called them and they would not take him at all because they stopped seeing patients at 4:30. That also, we had to make appointment and there wa no appointments left. It was around 3:45 on and we only lived 10 minutes away. We we were told to drive over an hour away to mesquite to the emergency vet hospital. They didn't care if our dog lived or died. They would not make any exceptions or even had anyone that was willing to stay for an emergency like this one. We have been going to this clinic for 2.5 years and this is how they treat an emergency situation within our dog?
No one should go to this clinic. If you have any emergency with your pet, here are the raw facts about this vet clinic. They don't care if your dog or pet dies.

After I went back to my dogs primary care vet, he said my dog didn't need the $70.00 in shampoos, and medications that the Terrell vet had prescribed. The girls that work there are very charming, but don't get suckered in like I did.

After recently having one of my baby kittens pass away I got another one, to make sure the same thing didn't happen I took my baby boy here. They were so good with him and very nice, a lot of vets don't put much concern in cats they try to offer euthanasia instead of helping the cat. My kitten was not the only cat who was there and they were taking great care of them, putting just as much love and concern as any other animal. The staff was great the prices were very reasonable, and they offered my daughter a coloring book and colors while she waited, all around the best vet I have been too. Definitely sticking with them.

The people here are very rude. Iv gotten two dogs spayed here and first time they just took her without letting me say bye and the second time I'm alone in the lobby and two females were talking in the back room very loudly about another female and how she was disgustingly ugly. Not sur the if it was a customer but this is still very unprofessional. I only went to this location instead of risinger because my dogs are from the shelter.

Time had come for a very tough decision for our 17 year old Siamese. the staff and Vet were very caring and sensitive to her and me. They treated her 16 year old sister with the same care as we took care of a respiratory infection. A week later I received a "sympathy" card signed by the entire staff. (which I still have and cry when I look at.) Only another pet owner can understand how much we love our pets and what this means to us. I have now seen both Doctors and I'm sure most of the staff. I am overjoyed with this veterinary Clinic.

While traveling, I brought my dog to this vet clinic for a coat/skin issue. After I went back to my dogs primary care vet, he said my dog didn't need the $70.00 in shampoos, and medications that the Terrell vet had prescribed. The girls that work there are very charming, but don't get suckered in like I did.

After recently having one of my baby kittens pass away I got another one, to make sure the same thing didn't happen I took my baby boy here. They were so good with him and very nice, a lot of vets don't put much concern in cats they try to offer euthanasia instead of helping the cat. My kitten was not the only cat who was there and they were taking great care of them, putting just as much love and concern as any other animal. The staff was great the prices were very reasonable, and they offered my daughter a coloring book and colors while she waited, all around the best vet I have been too. Definitely sticking with them.

The people here are very rude. Iv gotten two dogs spayed here and first time they just took her without letting me say bye and the second time I'm alone in the lobby and two females were talking in the back room very loudly about another female and how she was disgustingly ugly. Not sur the if it was a customer but this is still very unprofessional. I only went to this location instead of risinger because my dogs are from the shelter.

Time had come for a very tough decision for our 17 year old Siamese. the staff and Vet were very caring and sensitive to her and me. They treated her 16 year old sister with the same care as we took care of a respiratory infection. A week later I received a "sympathy" card signed by the entire staff. (which I still have and cry when I look at.) Only another pet owner can understand how much we love our pets and what this means to us. I have now seen both Doctors and I'm sure most of the staff. I am overjoyed with this veterinary Clinic.
