We've been using FPC for a few years now. Doc & Tina show nothing but compassion towards each and every rescue animal we take in to see them. They treat them as if they are their own. Their prices are more than fair and there has never been a wait. The are more like the vets of way back. For them it isn't money over the well being of the animal. I would highly reccommend!!! We typically had good experiences when taking my cat for check ups and such; however, when it came time to put my cat to sleep it was a different story. My cat was 17 years old and in a lot of pain so my family and I decided it was time. They did not allow us to be in the room with our cat when she was put to sleep (I wasn't sure if that was just procedure with all vets). While I was checking in, the vet came and took my cat out of the carrier and took her back before we could say goodbye. Before the procedure, I called days before and the day of and asked what should I bring since we planned on burying her in our back yard. They said they would provide a box which she could be buried in if that's what we wanted. After we said our goodbyes, we waited in the front while they boxed her up. I was distraught to see that the box they crammed her in was a small, cube style box which may have fit about 2 pairs of women shoes in (a tight fit at that). I wanted to bury her with her collar and they took it off and taped it to the box. I was so upset and the whole ordeal that I just grabbed the box and ran out. My mother called the next day to find out why they used such a small box and the response was that they ran out of their boxes that they normally would use. The experience was very impersonal, insensitive, and just down right bad. I would never recommend this place to anyone who is considering putting their pet to sleep. Read Less

Vet and staff were very nice, and there was no wait time before my dog was seen. However, I did have a problem when it came to getting Heartworm medication. I adopted my dog from a shelter, and so I got a discount on her first supply of heartworm medication from an online provider. When I told the vet I wanted to get the medication this way, he got mad at me, and started griping about online providers. Even though I had paid them $60+ during our visit, they refused to fax a prescription to the company so that I could get my dog covered. I now have to go to another vet for another check up, to get a prescription. In my opinion, this was horrible customer service, and I will not be going back. Read Less
