Chewy asked me to contact the vet I am going to use for my rescue dog. When I called, I "attempted" to advise the female that answered the clinic phone (she did not give her name) that Chewy asked me to call so they could get permission to send heart worm medication. She cut me off before I could finish and asked for my last name. I knew she was going to look for records and advised she would not have our records. I "attempted" once again to say what I tried to say before and to request an appointment for her free wellness visit, heart worm test, nail clipping, and heart worm medication. Once again, she cut me off and said, in a rude tone of voice, "We are not going to help you if you don't have records." I advised her that I was not asking that, tried again to speak and once again she interrupted me in a rude tone of voice stating, "Then what do you want us to do?" I responded with "Never mind, I am going to find another clinic, you are so rude." The person who answered the phone should have seen this as an opportunity to retain, what would have been, a long-term customer. My intention was to continue using Dr. Ainsworth on a permanent basis as he did the spay on my dog when she was at Fuzzy Friends. I was really taken back by her tone of voice and how she kept interrupting. She is the first impression a person has of Dr. Ainsworth's office and I have to wonder how many others have encountered her and decided to go elsewhere. It doesn't take a lot of effort to put forth people skills and be polite. I would not have given any stars, however if you want to write a review it leaves 2 stars regardless. Read Less
