We have been a loyal customer of Dr. Kelly's for 15+ years. We needed to have heart worm test for our pups before we were leaving town for a month long trip. Were told they couldn't see us for over 2 ...
We have been a loyal customer of Dr. Kelly's for 15+ years. We needed to have heart worm test for our pups before we were leaving town for a month long trip. Were told they couldn't see us for over 2 weeks. We have recommended countless customers to them and been big fans. I thought certainly they could make time for us with a weeks notice. NOT... To bad. Loyalty does not pay with them. We found a new wonderful vet in Dr. Ainsworth. You have lost a loyal customer that will recommend a new vet.

Love Dr. Kelley and the other staff at the clinic, they are the sweetest people. They truly care for the animals and people that walk through their doors and they do whatever they can to help. I've gone to them numerous times with animals in need and they've always come through. I highly recommend Ramsgate.

This is a great office with great vets. They have been helping me with my dogs allergy shots. The staff is always so friendly and helpful. Dr Kelly is very helpful and explains things well.

I recently took my two dogs here for the first time for check-up and shots. Overall I was happy with the service I received and especially the prices, they are very fair which I love. My only complaint is I didn't really get offered help when coming in with my two dogs. It is very difficult to take them both by myself because they are nervous, excited, and hyper but unfortunately I did not have a choice. One of them is 65 pounds and the other is 30 pounds. Eventually another customer saw how much I was struggling while trying to hold their leashes and fill out paperwork that he offered me help. Other than that, my experience was good overall and I will continue to go here.

Took my dog here for a wart removal. They did a great job and were upfront and reasonable about the cost. I always felt comfortable and that the well being of my dog was priority.

I recently took my two dogs here for the first time for check-up and shots. Overall I was happy with the service I received and especially the prices, they are very fair which I love.
