We have been a loyal customer of Dr. Kelly's for 15+ years. We needed to have heart worm test for our pups before we were leaving town for a month long trip. Were told they couldn't see us for over 2 weeks. We have recommended countless customers to them and been big fans. I thought certainly they could make time for us with a weeks notice. NOT... To bad. Loyalty does not pay with them. We found a new wonderful vet in Dr. Ainsworth. You have lost a loyal customer that will recommend a new vet.

I recently took my two dogs here for the first time for check-up and shots. Overall I was happy with the service I received and especially the prices, they are very fair which I love. My only complaint is I didn't really get offered help when coming in with my two dogs. It is very difficult to take them both by myself because they are nervous, excited, and hyper but unfortunately I did not have a choice. One of them is 65 pounds and the other is 30 pounds. Eventually another customer saw how much I was struggling while trying to hold their leashes and fill out paperwork that he offered me help. Other than that, my experience was good overall and I will continue to go here.

Took my dog here for a wart removal. They did a great job and were upfront and reasonable about the cost. I always felt comfortable and that the well being of my dog was priority.

I recently took my two dogs here for the first time for check-up and shots. Overall I was happy with the service I received and especially the prices, they are very fair which I love. My only complaint is I didn't really get offered help when coming in with my two dogs. It is very difficult to take them both by myself because they are nervous, excited, and hyper but unfortunately I did not have a choice. One of them is 65 pounds and the other is 30 pounds. Eventually another customer saw how much I was struggling while trying to hold their leashes and fill out paperwork that he offered me help. Other than that, my experience was good overall and I will continue to go here.
