!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!SHARE SHARE SHARE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! So I’m not normally one to leave a bad review, in fact I never have. I work at a retail facility and it hurts us to get bad reviews. With that being said the experience we just had was horrible (I guess you could say our four puppies had). Since I’m not one to write reviews I’m not one to look at them either and that was a big mistake in this situation. We have never had a bad experience (besides the rude desk girls). But we (mom and I) decided to board our dogs Tuesday- Monday and our poor babies went through HELL. Im really torn on how to rate this facility, Facebook won’t let me go lower than a 1, but I guess I’m fine with a 1 because my dogs were alive when I came back. When we picked them up they came out covered in peepee and Pooh, our dogs who are potty trained and NEVER potty in there kennel. One of them came out gurgling and coughing like something was wrong, when mom asked the girl she said “nothing is wrong with her, she is just excited” but it wasn’t an excitement cough or even a cough from the leash, something is wrong because it’s still going on. We took our food, because if we didn’t they said they’d feed them the food they provide, so we both bought new bags...for 5 1/2 days you’d think there would be a dent in the bag, there wasn’t still just as full as when we left it. They were suppose to be feeding a blue tick, beagle, and 2 yorkies. My beagle and blue tick eat a medium size bag of food a week. We asked them why our dogs were wet and the girl said “she is not wet”. So I went back in furious after we sat in the car for a second and said “I’m sorry, I’m just wondering do you not bathe my dogs? We have paid over $200 to board these dogs for a few days and they are covered in their bodily fluids.” she replied with “we do bathe them, you are just here too early”, I said “I know this did not just happen this morning, have you washed my dogs at all?” And she said “we wash them everyday”. Moms Bella (yorkie) has no hair on her little joint on her legs from laying on I guess concrete.. Moms Bentley (yorkie) squints his eyes and crouches down when we shut the doggy gate and it clicks, like he is scared. He has never been like that. My Lucy Lou (blue tick) looked like she hadn’t eaten. We finally got her where she was gaining weight, because she had a bad life before we got her. And now you can see her ribs again. My Waylon (beagle) I have NEVER seen his ribs before now and he looks like he hasn’t eaten in days. When we got them home and put food down, they hoarded it, eating as fast as they could. Then Charles Brumley decided he was going to go back up there because they were treated so horrible and he wanted to talk to Dr.Tiller about it. So he did and he talked to him and told him everything and said he wanted his money back. He agreed to that but said we could not bring our dogs back (which is fine, we wouldn’t want to bring them back anyways). As charles and Tiller walked out into the lobby he said “get your money and don’t let the door hit ya on the way out”. Our dogs have kennel cough unfortunately due to the lack of proper kennel conditions. Moral of the story Tiller Vet Is a HORRIBLE place to board your animals or bring your animals quiet frankly. We thought they would be in good hands, but now we feel so bad for leaving our babies to go through something like that. Pay the extra money, board them somewhere nice, they are your family members! I don't even know where to start. Unorganized, incompetent, and rude would be the best description. I started bringing my pets there because it was a lower cost option. Not worth it. One of my dogs needed treatment for a mild case of heartworms. After the several hundred dollar treatment, she still had heartworms! I brought in another to be sedated for their ears to be shaved out and cleaned and a teeth cleaning. After dropping him off at 7:30 A.M., they didn't get to him until 4:30 that afternoon. They then didn't call me to pick him up until 5:30 and said if I wasn't there by 6, I'd be charged for boarding. When I picked him up, his ears had only been cleaned, not shaved, and his teeth hadn't been touched. Trying to get vet records from this place is a nightmare. They even have treatments and shot records filed under the wrong pets so even if they are sent, they're incorrect. I usually save all my shot records anyway, but if I can't find something I should at least be able to get the info from the original vet. Some of the staff are nice, but some treat you like you are a big inconvenience they don't want to deal with. Just because they charge less doesn't mean I should get substandard care for my pets. I have used this clinic for at least the past 15 years. Ive never had a complaint and I even had one of my dogs pass away in their care, BUT, she was old, not sure how old because she was dumped on my street and turned out she had conjestive heart failure. I do wish I had taken her to an emergency clinic but I was so panicked I wasnt thinking straight and it was just crazy. I LOVE this place. Ive seen all the drs there and Tiller is my favorite. Ive never gotten attitude or anything from the staff, a couple of them may have been having a bad day or whatever but nothing that bothered me to where I specifically recall who they were but it was years ago. The prices are simply untouchable and at least in my experience the service is great. My dogs are like my children so if they were horrible I wouldnt care if they were free. Theyve always been good to me and my babies and all the strays and dump dogs Ive taken through the years. They have a brand new building and it is soo nice. Read Less

They should really update the web site and also the sign on the door. They both say nothing about the 12-1 lunch they take. The website and door sign both say they are there from 7am-6pm. I get there at 11:50 and we walk in. They tell us they are closed at 12 (well it’s 11:50, we have 10 minuets) and won’t see us. We drove 30 minuets to get my animals checked. THIS IDIOT TILLER SHOULD BE IN JAIL!!! I've SEEN some animals treated VERY BADLY in there not to mention the way they treat their customers. He has his long time client base & his livestock business so he could care LESS about your Pet or mine or about KEEPING your business. This is THE WORST VET when it comes to customer service! They won't let you purchase prescription meds from anyone but them! We have a Pet Plus Annual Membership where we pay an annual fee & get discounted meds at 40-50% cheaper than Tiller. But their office will NOT give us a prescription to buy meds from ANYONE BUT THEM! WHAT A RACKET! We just spent over $600 for Tiller to treat 2 of our 7 animals & when I TRIED to explain to KAITLAN that we can't afford $30 a month PER PET for Friggin Revolution through them she said I was "Welcome to go to another VET to get a prescription, but they wouldn't give me one to go buy from someone else",AND HUNG UP ON ME!!! Every time in the last 14 yrs. Dr. Tiller has cared for our animals, dogs and cats, with concern and compassion. Most recently our Pug, Maggie got very ill while we were travelling. We took her in Sat am and she was so ill she might easily not have made it through the night. He immediately cared for her and started her treatment with antibiotics. We highly recommend Dr. Tiller. I have never been so furious in my life! My Weimaraner was shot today and was bleeding very badly and also in severe pain. My boyfriend had taken her up to this clinic, because I am at work, and the ladies that were up there told him that they would not see her until after their lunch break is over, keep in mind she is bleeding out and crying. He then tells her its an emergency and they thought it was a joke. They wait in the car until the actual vet pulls up and he gets out and tells him what has happened and that she needs to be seen, so he then shuts the door on them and says "come back at 1". They finally open their doors and we get her back in and he says "lift her up on the table" and my boyfriend replies "sir she is really hurt I do not think we can get her up there" so the vet then gets a attitude and says "son I said to put the damn dog on the table" so he grabs my dog by her collar and she is choking and because she was shot she is in pain and snipped at him for the way he was handling her so then he hits my dog on the top of her head. My boyfriend tells him to "not ever touch our dog like that again and to let her go" he kicks my BLEEDING dog and my boyfriend out and tells them to "get the f**k out of his office and to not come back" We will NEVER use this vet again, never will we bring out dogs here again, and never will we recommend this clinic to anyone ever again. They will not give you your animals prescriptions for things like ordering more affordable pills online. They do not take the time to talk with you about what is happening with your pet. They get frustrated when you ask questions. One of the vet's is so old that you have to yell for him to understand you. This same vet is the one who repeated jabbed a needle in my dogs arm because he couldn't find the vain. That is extremely painful. It is a cheap vet though. Read Less

Office staff is very rude. They do not tell you at the time of check-in when you have a heartworm test done that he won't give a written prescription to order anything online. they are overpricing heartworm medicine by at least 20 bucks. I called after the fact just seeing if they would at least fill it through 1-800- petmeds and Tonya at Tiller's said if you woulda asked we woulda told you in a nasty tone. being very rude!!! Got a routine examination and all of my dogs vaccines upated for less than $100 at Tiller. I took her someone closer this year and was charged $219 JUST for them to spend about 6 minutes looking at her teeth and telling me she would need to be scheduled for a deep dental cleaning... Go to Tiller. The women who work there are rude and snotty but they don't overcharge you for their services or products and they get right to the point. Read Less

You can't find better Doctors!!! I drive from Louisiana to take my dog. My dog is a rescue and we found out he had heart worms. The day of the procedure the staff called me four times to give me updates. Not only did my dog receive top notch care but the cost was half of what two vets in Shreveport wanted!! The best Doctors!!! My rescue dog had heart worms and the staff called me 4 times during the day of the procedure to update me!!! I love Dr Tiller. His prices are great and they have always treated my animals with love and kindness. I've never had a problem about prices as they always have let me know up front and have been very reasonable. Very disappointed in tillers vet. They said they would take a payment plan and decided when it was time to set it up they wouldn't do it unless we had checks. And the entire time our two dogs where there I don't think a single person talked to or pet our puppys. While sitting in the waiting room to get our dogs a worker in the back was yelling at the dogs to shut up multiple times. And above all of that, there prices are outrageous. I had the worst experience at this place!! Butcher shop with high prices. All the prices were more than they told me over the phone, and my dog was given to me still bleeding all over the place from surgery. I've spent hundreds of dollars at this clinic. Dr. Tiller is O.K. but I don't know if he has a handle on the rest of his operation. We boarded our dogs there last year for a week. When we picked them up, they stunk, there was dog feces in their beds, and they looked like they weren't taken care of properly. Less than two months ago, I paid eighty dollars to have one of my dog's teeth cleaned. I moved out of state and had to take this dog to a local clinic. The vet examined his mouth and said my dog's teeth were badly in need of a cleaning. I told the vet that I paid to have those services done a few weeks earlier. The vet said it didn't look like they were cleaned at all. Later on that day I called Dr. Tiller's office and asked to speak with him. I was told he was not in the office but would be back later. I left the receptionist my number but never heard back from him. I called again later. A young girl answered the phone. I told her about the situation with my dog and she was rather caddy in her attitude with me. Well, I never heard back from Dr. Tiller. Now, after spending hundreds of dollars at his clinic, he doesn't have the decency nor concern to attempt to rectify this situation. His employees are not exactly topnotch either. There is an older lady who works the desk whose attitude is dreadful. I've seen turnips with better personalities. If you do decide to let these people handle your pets, I would suggest that you be present when ALL services are rendered and I would NOT recommend boarding your pets there. Read Less
