Wouldn't refill a prescription for an ear antibioticfor my dog who was in pain because I usually take the dog to Foskey's. Cares more for the money than the animals suffering

This is the unfriendliest veterinary office I've ever been to. Dr. Kennedy doesn't smile, she's brusque, and is unclear about what she's doing. I'm used to getting a print-out of the medications, shot...
This is the unfriendliest veterinary office I've ever been to. Dr. Kennedy doesn't smile, she's brusque, and is unclear about what she's doing. I'm used to getting a print-out of the medications, shots, and procedures that were administered at the end of an appointment, but all I received was a receipt. In addition, the woman at the front desk isn't clear about appointments. Rather than tell you up front that, say, x-rays are done only on certain days, she'll say, "That's not a good time," or "If you come at that time, we can't do x-rays." Just say, "X-rays are done on such-and-such days only"! Sheesh. That would make it much easier to set a date and time for appointments.
