This doctor does not care about animals. Instead of being professional and offering to help my dog with her ear problem he told me to go somewhere else with her. If you want someone who treats animals like an assembly line he’s your man. If you actually care about your dog he doesn’t give a crap about ur concerns or your animal. He just wants your money and is obviously miserable at his job. Thanks for taking 50 bucks and prescribing me ear drops that you don’t normally prescribe. 🖕

Awesome vet! Very compassionate with our babies.. very knowledgeable! Would highly recommend! Staff are equally kind. Very reasonably priced.

You’re not paying for a fancy office. Down to earth is how I would describe this practice. They dont go overboard on treatment, butdo treat to be effective. Dr. Kroll is kind, and takes care of business. I drive past every other vet ofc in town to get here. Im very comfortable with my pets being seen here.

Dr Kroll is an amazing vet. And his staff is very kind and helpful. They're the only Veterinarian clinic I trust with my fur babies.

Dr. Croll has been my vet for years. He's got a gift with animals. Everyone that works in this clinic is amazing. He charges extremely fair prices and won't upcharge you.

My husband and I are retirement age and have had lots of animals over the years, but we have never experienced a veterinary clinic like Mid Texas Veterinary Clinic headed up by Dr. Croll. His obvious care, concern and passion for animals is exceeded only by his skill. The staff are equally capable and kind. Truly the best veterinary clinic in the area!

This doctor does not care about animals. Instead of being professional and offering to help my dog with her ear problem he told me to go somewhere else with her. If you want someone who treats animals like an assembly line he’s your man. If you actually care about your dog he doesn’t give a crap about ur concerns or your animal.
