The absolute best place of its kind in our city. Get your pet fixed here, their shots, their heartworm testing and prevention, flea prevention. Even free nail trimming. Everything to keep your healthy dog or cat healthy. But you do need to set up services with a regular vet, also, just in case your pet gets sick or injured. Most vets here in Wichita Falls are kind of jerks like that and won't see a sick or injured pet unless you've already established an account with them. There needs to be mpre places like this. Great staff doing a very good deed. I recently had a dog fixed here. The Staff will sit down and talk with you about everything they offer. I love that we have PETS here in our community. They do excellent work. I rate them 4 stars because they are only open 10-2 Mon-Thurs and 12-4 one Saturday a month. I work 10-2 Mon-Fri and most Saturday afternoons so I rarely get to use their services. However, I promote them frequently on the multiple Facebook pages I maintain. Read Less

P.E.T.S is the B.E.S.T... Took my puppy to be neutered and for his second series of puppy shots. Found out he has an allery to one of the shots. They took such great care of him and I. For him they closely monitored while treating his swelling. For me the way they handled the situation with sincerity, care, combassion & professionalism relieved and sense of concern as we waited for the swelling to decrease. Thank you!!! I took my 12 week old puppy to get shots at the clinic today and everyone was so nice and helpful!!! My sweet baby was very scared and nervous about being around other dogs. I was nervous about bringing my sweet 6 month old Pomeranian Josie to get spayed and have two baby teeth extracted, but the loving and helpful staff at P.E.T.S. gave me peace that I was placing my baby in the very best care. She is recovering well from her surgery and the skilled vets did such a wonderful job that I can't hardly tell where they made an incision! I have paid hundreds of dollars to other Veterinarians in the area, only to have horrible experiences. When I was forced to go to PETS (financially since they are low cost) they took such good care of my pet and went above and beyond to explain everything and make me feel comfortable there. Also they call you anytime you have a procedure done to a pet for follow up and answer any questions you may have. If you can't get through and you leave a message, they always call you back within a timely manner. Our experience with P.E.T.S. couldn't be better. The staff are the nicest most friendly people you will ever run across. We have been taking Shelby there for years and the people are always the same, just wonderful. I am always amazed that we have these special people in the world to volunteer their time for our furry friends. Oh, and have I said the people there are awesome? This place is amazing. Beside being the most reasonable prices in town, the also love animals. Sometimes when I go into vet I have the feeling that they are there for money and I come second to that, but not here. My mom brought me in a box ( I really don't like cats much). Once we got there I was kinda scared with all those dog barking, but they made me feel safe and put me into small carrier. They called my mom to let her know that surgery (spaying) went well and that I could be picked up in a few hours. I was so happy to be home, even thought I was a little groggy and grumpy.
