The absolute best place of its kind in our city. Get your pet fixed here, their shots, their heartworm testing and prevention, flea prevention. Even free nail trimming. Everything to keep your healthy dog or cat healthy. But you do need to set up services with a regular vet, also, just in case your pet gets sick or injured. Most vets here in Wichita Falls are kind of jerks like that and won't see a sick or injured pet unless you've already established an account with them. But for your routine health maintenance, PETS is the way to go!!

I have paid hundreds of dollars to other Veterinarians in the area, only to have horrible experiences. When I was forced to go to PETS (financially since they are low cost) they took such good care of my pet and went above and beyond to explain everything and make me feel comfortable there. Also they call you anytime you have a procedure done to a pet for follow up and answer any questions you may have. If you can't get through and you leave a message, they always call you back within a timely manner. The people who work there have the biggest hearts for animals and we are so blessed to have this organization in our community.

It was my first time to the clinic, and honestly I had difficulty controlling my two boxers based on the way the waiting area was set up with limited spaces between chairs and many other people waiting with their animals. Our experience with P.E.T.S. couldn't be better. The staff are the nicest most friendly people you will ever run across. We have been taking Shelby there for years and the people are always the same, just wonderful. I am always amazed that we have these special people in the world to volunteer their time for our furry friends. Oh, and have I said the people there are awesome? I have, but they deserve this big pat on the back, ALL of them. Thank you for your kind service and helping those who love and want to take care of their animals but don't always have the funds to pay the normal vet prices. You won't meet and see as many kind and friendly people at a vet as you will at P.E.T.S.

This place is amazing. Beside being the most reasonable prices in town, the also love animals. Sometimes when I go into vet I have the feeling that they are there for money and I come second to that, but not here. My mom brought me in a box ( I really don't like cats much). Once we got there I was kinda scared with all those dog barking, but they made me feel safe and put me into small carrier. They called my mom to let her know that surgery (spaying) went well and that I could be picked up in a few hours. I was so happy to be home, even thought I was a little groggy and grumpy. But I feel much better today, and back to my normal self. -Pippier

Didn't hesitate to give details about what can be done. Explain the pros and cons. It may not be a huge dent in over breeding but every little bit helps. Keep up the good work staff.

I love that we have PETS here in our community. They do excellent work. I rate them 4 stars because they are only open 10-2 Mon-Thurs and 12-4 one Saturday a month. I work 10-2 Mon-Fri and most Saturday afternoons so I rarely get to use their services. However, I promote them frequently on the multiple Facebook pages I maintain.

P.E.T.S is the B.E.S.T... Took my puppy to be neutered and for his second series of puppy shots. Found out he has an allery to one of the shots. They took such great care of him and I. For him they closely monitored while treating his swelling. For me the way they handled the situation with sincerity, care, combassion & professionalism relieved and sense of concern as we waited for the swelling to decrease. Thank you!!! I was nervous about bringing my sweet 6 month old Pomeranian Josie to get spayed and have two baby teeth extracted, but the loving and helpful staff at P.E.T.S. gave me peace that I was placing my baby in the very best care. She is recovering well from her surgery and the skilled vets did such a wonderful job that I can't hardly tell where they made an incision! Trust P.E.T.S. for your animal's needs where you can guarantee they will be treated like family!

I have paid hundreds of dollars to other Veterinarians in the area, only to have horrible experiences. When I was forced to go to PETS (financially since they are low cost) they took such good care of my pet and went above and beyond to explain everything and make me feel comfortable there. Also they call you anytime you have a procedure done to a pet for follow up and answer any questions you may have. If you can't get through and you leave a message, they always call you back within a timely manner. The people who work there have the biggest hearts for animals and we are so blessed to have this organization in our community.

P.E.T.S. provides a very much-needed service to the community here, at an affordable price! The staff were very welcoming and informative. It was my first time to the clinic, and honestly I had difficulty controlling my two boxers based on the way the waiting area was set up with limited spaces between chairs and many other people waiting with their animals. Now I know better though and will make sure to bring my dogs one at a time! Thank you P.E.T.S.!

Every time you walk in, even if it's packed and busy, they genuinely seem happy to meet you and your pet and offer any help they can. I will undoubtedly visit again for any services I would need in the future and I always recommend them.

Our experience with P.E.T.S. couldn't be better. The staff are the nicest most friendly people you will ever run across. We have been taking Shelby there for years and the people are always the same, just wonderful. I am always amazed that we have these special people in the world to volunteer their time for our furry friends. Oh, and have I said the people there are awesome? I have, but they deserve this big pat on the back, ALL of them. Thank you for your kind service and helping those who love and want to take care of their animals but don't always have the funds to pay the normal vet prices. You won't meet and see as many kind and friendly people at a vet as you will at P.E.T.S.

I can't say enough good things about p.e.t.s. The folks in our area are extremely fortunate to have such a place in there community. I highly encourage everyone to take there pets here to have them spayed/neutered. I have taken 5 dogs and a dozen cats , and all have done excellent. Very caring people here . keep up the good work guys and gals.

P.E.T.S. clinic is such a blessing to our community, every community should be so blessed! Through them, I have had EIGHT dogs spayed and neutered!! I never would have been able to do that without them, as I know many others would also not. They also are helpful with a variety of other services as well!
BUT I think most importantly of all, they are fully staffed with kind, goodhearted, patient, truly caring animal loving people. Such a BLESSING!!

This place is amazing. Beside being the most reasonable prices in town, the also love animals. Sometimes when I go into vet I have the feeling that they are there for money and I come second to that, but not here. My mom brought me in a box ( I really don't like cats much). Once we got there I was kinda scared with all those dog barking, but they made me feel safe and put me into small carrier. They called my mom to let her know that surgery (spaying) went well and that I could be picked up in a few hours. I was so happy to be home, even thought I was a little groggy and grumpy. But I feel much better today, and back to my normal self. -Pippier
