WORST customer service ever. Waited for 40 minutes beyond my scheduled appointment to be told it would be at least another 15-20 minute before the dr would be available. I rescheduled. On another occa...
WORST customer service ever. Waited for 40 minutes beyond my scheduled appointment to be told it would be at least another 15-20 minute before the dr would be available. I rescheduled. On another occasion I stopped by to purchase a bag of cat food. Was the only client in the office. Receptionist was accessing my info on the computer, stopped to take a call and did a complete phone intake rather than putting the call on hold and finishing with me. When I called to get my cat's prescription and explain that I was going to a different clinic, I was told by the vet that "we don't do that. We will fill the prescription here." I assured her that she could give me the prescription, which she eventually did give me. I explained to her that I was not valued as a customer and explained the events that led me to find another vet. Instead of apologizing and assuring me that she did want my business, she became defensive and snippy.

I have been coming to Western Hills Animal Hospital since Dr. Julie Gibson opened her practice. I have complete faith in her knowledge, Dr. Lucy and the other staff members. They have always been compassionate and professional during all of my visits, whether it was an emergency or planned appointment.

I can tell you this they are the best!!! Dr. Julie Gibson and staff took great care of our bullies. Our two pups got into Aunt poison, Called her late Saturday night she met us there right away, stayed up with them all night treating them and giving them all the care they needed. Thank you so much for saving our dogs lives, now that they are both home our family is complete again! Thank you so much!

Great Staff - Great Service - Other than getting her shots, my "Sophie" loves to come over. Dr. Julie took care of my previous dog up until the end and treated her and me with compassion and kindness. I would recommend (and have) this hospital to anyone with a pet, whether it be for medical or boarding purposes.

This is a group of very compassionate and caring people who do the best to help the animals. My dog loved going to this place. They took such good care of her and I wouldn't ask them to do anything different. Dr. Gibson and Dr. Lucy are both very knowledgeable and both were very good about keeping me informed about what was going on with my dog when she was sick. This is also a great place to board your animals.

Took my Kitten to get him dewormed unfortunately what we went there for we ended up being pressured into buying a lot of unnecessary shots that they said needed by law to have a cat which was a lie because we called other vets after our visit. Not only that but the doctor failed to fully examine our cat when the symptoms finally presented themselves at the vet.

Really like this vet till today. Won't be back. Called to get my dogs teeth looked at and was told if they fixed his teeth they would have to put him under and when they did they would fix him. I don't want my dog fix so they informed me with him being a male he would run away and get hit by a car if I did not let them fix him.

The vet took a lot of time helping my cat who had pink eye, and the assistant was very skilled as well. Both were extremely gentle with him. My kitty does not do well at the vet, and they took pains...
The vet took a lot of time helping my cat who had pink eye, and the assistant was very skilled as well. Both were extremely gentle with him. My kitty does not do well at the vet, and they took pains to make sure that he wasn't traumatized. The price was very reasonable as well. I will definitely go back for all my boys' medical needs.

WORST customer service ever. Waited for 40 minutes beyond my scheduled appointment to be told it would be at least another 15-20 minute before the dr would be available. I rescheduled. Great Staff - Great Service - Other than getting her shots, my "Sophie" loves to come over. Dr. Julie took care of my previous dog up until the end and treated her and me with compassion and kindness. I would recommend (and have) this hospital to anyone with a pet, whether it be for medical or boarding purposes.

This is a group of very compassionate and caring people who do the best to help the animals. My dog loved going to this place. They took such good care of her and I wouldn't ask them to do anything different. Dr. Gibson and Dr. Lucy are both very knowledgeable and both were very good about keeping me informed about what was going on with my dog when she was sick. This is also a great place to board your animals.

I don't want my dog fix so they informed me with him being a male he would run away and get hit by a car if I did not let them fix him.
